The big champagne glass thing was discussed before. Do a search and I'll bet you'll find it.

Yeah I remember that previous thread too. It was a long while ago, and unfortunately the 'search' function is down.

Here's some feedback I remember from the thread though.....

    1) The giant champage glass is hard to come by. Many of the stage props you'll find online are designed to be filled with balloons or other things, not people.

    2) You may be try to look for a used one, or try to find someone who uses one and ask them where they got theres. The last time the Q was posted a few people pointed out some performers who use the stage prop in their act. I think one was in KS, and the other was in NO.

    3) The giant champagne glass can be awkward. It has a big bowl top and a small base. Do you know how you plan to climb in? You'll need to be careful to keep it from tipping.

    4) Splashing around in one can be messy. Are you a feature performer who will have a special set? If you plan to just sit in one empty that may be alright. Sometimes dancers plan to splash around in one filled with soapy water ala Beyonce in the "Naughty Girl" video. Of course this will make a huge mess, and the soapy water may make the stage ulta slippery for the next dancer, even if the water is dried up. Good way to start a fight in the dressing room. heh.

    6) Are you sure you want a champagne glass? I think often times given the many limitations of the champagne glass, dancers end up with just going with some sort of glass bowl or tub. Just a thought.

    Best of luck.

I assure you Big G it's pure coincidence. With all the links I post, and all the 'BLEEP' you eat, it's bound to happen from time to time. LOL
