Hello Ladies!
I am a total newbie to this business and will start my new job on the 22nd July! I live in South Africa and only recently made the decision to dance. The only problem is that I desperately need to firm up and lose abut 4 Kilos to be the weight I feel would keep me looking good.
Obviously i have a limited amount of time here so I would really appreciate it if any of you had some tips and pointers on how to lose a few Kilos and how to firm up, BUM wise and FAST!
I am quite lucky, i have the kind of body that does get rid of excess weight once i actually get going but how how how!?
