at my club they want the girls to work at least 3 days a week. here's the stupid part: you can only work mon or tues, wed or thur, fri or sat- not mon, tue, fri or something like that. i know some girls who work another job, this is SO stupid!

That is pretty strange. I wonder why they do it like that?

Have you asked if you can come in on days you aren't scheduled? Will you be able to take days off if you need them? I hate working for clubs with schedules, but I understand why they are that way. The club needs to be consistent with their girls, and most girls don't create a schedule for themselves. You end up having a Monday with 5 girls, and a Friday with 100. Just make sure they're willing to work with you on it. I worked at a scheduling club once that told me to 'come in anyway,' when I was released from the emergency room. I walked in with my hospital bracelet on before they'd let me take the day off, and even then I had to pay a $20 penalty.
The club where i work has scheduling very similar to what your talking about. We all have to work at least 3 days a week.2 during the week and at least 1 weekend day.The newer girls getting the worst scheduled days(ie:sunday, monday and wednesday).if you miss a day you have to pay a $30 fine plus make it up on sunday.I'm scheduled wednesday, friday, and saturday but i go in everyday except sunday unless i really want to or need to be off.
yeah if you want to dance as a second job I think a strict schedule is waaay to stressful. Shit, I already have a lot of deadlines and stress from my day job and I don't need that on a second job.
Yep. The club I used to work at was a three shift minimum and you had to commit to a schedule a week prior... made it EXTREMELY difficult to juggle between school and a day job...
and if you failed to show, you were fined, then had to do a make up shift on a day shift..

i hate shedules too, especially since i never get the schedule i want
I've worked at a club where if you worked Friday, you had to work Sunday, and if you worked Saturday, you had to work on Tuesday(closed Mondays). And if you didn't show up on Sun or Tues, it was a $100 fine.
