Gawd, i went down to Table Rock lake to fish. I did go attend a few ladies like you folk, but i had some stringers-along that were dragging me off. Those fucking stringers! Oh well. Nothing always happens the way we want to, alas...
I did catch some Bass (Two, to be just) and i did hit the four wheelers over the ruts on Black Snake Lake.
Them Bass tasted pretty super good.
Check this shit out, i'm an easy guy to shop for...
It's called Kingdom Come, it's wiiiiiiiild. It's this: It's like 40 or so years in the future, the second generation of superheroes is more like the generation of super schmucks. All they do is fight each other, badly, and they don't act like heroes, they only act like people who like to fight. There are no supervillans anymore, so now they just fight each other. They don't care who dies along the way. And this guy from long ago suddenly comes out of retirement to show these retards what a Hero is... And this guy calls himself Superman... Only it all leads to something close to armageddon... Wonder Woman kills a man, and then deals with the consequenses... And she deals with it like Diana, an Amazon Princess! And she gets her name back by the end. Batman is all old and shit, he has to have this exoskeleton to hold him together, hell, he's a regular guy and all. He's not a small part in the story. He's FUCKED up. He's a regular guy hanging with the likes of Wonder Woman and Supermen. So he's all fucked up. But... Batman's never fucked up!
And yet here i am cheerleading...
Check that shit out and read that story. Sometimes our superhero sories can mean more than you think...
It is truly great comic book writing. Check it out if you want to. It's fantastic. It pierces the truth, justice, and the American way thing. The big blue boy scout, Superman, is confronted with the end of the world... And wait till you sewe what Batman and Wonder Woman do!
I had read it once, but only once. Since it was gifted i think i have read it twenty times...
Oh, and check this out... I watched KRULL on my birthday! LOL! Krull!
