    Default Curious..

I know this is the place where Custies can ask us gals questions, but just for a second, I want to know something of the guys and really I don't think this belongs on the blue site - frankly I just want views and opinions and don't want to get myself ripped a new bung-hole as they seem to do over there a lot.

But anyway, I digress - My question is - when you choose a dancer to entertain you, do you pick the willowy svelte girl, or the girl thats built like a brick shit house?

Personally I am of the latter and have noticed that a lot of guys will pick the painfully thin girls over me. Mind you now, I'm not fat, I'm just not built like a stick. I have hips and a bosom and a small waist.

Plus I started reading on a site that had guys talking about how they seemed to notice a lot more "fatties" were working in this industry as well. So speak up guys and let me hear your views. Thanks in advance!

    The other Rhiannon.

I haven't been to a club since God was a corporal, so while I can't answer that directly, I can say that I'm attracted to just about all body types, except the Hum-V.

Seriously, there is something intangible in someone's personality, and I am not sure what it is. I like to observe people for a while before talking to them, and there may be a different attraction each time. It might be the personality, the face, or even the body.

Does that make sense? I didn't think so.

Well Crow, Looks honestly are the last thing on my mind. The sexuality/Sensuality that a dancer portrays is what attracts me. And being approached is 90% of my decision. Since I really don't get approached OTC.

I tend for more figured woman that arent self concious about it and have a personality that takes the attention away from the body and applies it to what the body is doing <the dance>

However, too thin can really bother me. I love Hips and Shoulders and Backs...

have you noticed how many guys pick you over the super skinny girl?

It works both ways....but of course it sticks out in your mind more when it's working against you instead of for you!

Yes, I've taken note of that as well and I have observed what SORT of guy picks the skinny gal. It just stuck me as odd, then again I am NOT a diva and I don't think that I am so all powerful attractive that every man should just faint dead away and then kiss my butt. Ew. Thats so not me.

Just something I am curious about.

Yep. I so don't do well with the young collage boy. perhaps it's because I don't want to sit and listen to the stories of drinking, sex, how I should go back to his place and lastly, let us not forget, How big his shlong is. Oh well.

All other things being equal, I like a petite girl who is slender but not skinny. But all other things are rarely equal, so I'll usually take the girl with the average build, nice smile and fun personality over my ideal body type. Four things eliminate a girl for me: if she's really tall, really heavy, she doesn't smile or she has large fake boobs.

Tall women scary? Don't like boobs? Boobs are boobs mostly even when they are fake, real, small or large.

Well, i guess willowy over brick or proportionate over thick. I'd rather have a "body slide" from a snake than a rhino. ...unless, of course, i'm a rhino. Guess that makes me a snake so i should shut up before i dig a deeper hole.

...and yes, in the clubs that suit my taste, i'd say on the average, thicker girls are working as compared to 10 years ago. Could be the "beer goggle effect" is less powerfull as i get older.

*Shaking my head sadly* Yes, the infamous "Long Schlong" stories. I've heard them all. They date back to that glorious time in the mid 1800s when three men, an Englishman, an Australian, and a Texan were sitting around a campfire, talking about who was the best endowed. They decided to measure.

"Six inches!" the Englishman called out, "Measured from the balls!"

"Eight!" said the Australian, "Measured from the base!"

After a long silence, the Texans said "Four inches."

The other two were stunned. "Only Four?" inquired the Englishman, "My God man! From where did you measure?"

The Texan grinned and said, "From the ground."

    ....And then it rained.....

I like curves. That being said, my primary factor in the decision making process is eye contact, smiling and personality. I pick girls against my "type" all of the time simply based on a look I get when I tip them at the stage or when they walk by. Your body gets me to notice you. What you do with your mind determines if I'm going to spend any money on you.

Even though I'm not a guy, not a customer, and *only* a dancer, here is what I've noticed.

Guys will buy dances on personality first and looks second. I hear it all the time, "I usually don't go for blondes with big boobs, but there is just something about you..."

I sell more dances when I have my party girl personna on. Loud, boistourous, goofy, and very, very flirty. She just looks like a lot of fun to the guys, and they want to know what she is like in private too.

I have noticed that the girls that can work this kind of personality on regular basis, are always top earners.

What do you guys think?? Does the personality of the girl make a difference in your decision to buy a dance?

^ Physically attractive dancers are not exactly tough to find, so personality and attitude are indeed everything.

I am average joe myself so I like to sit, talk, and get dances from average girls. I love to watch the really stunning girls do their shows and walk around the club. However when one approaches my table I clam up or close down as it were. like I said I am average joe so when a divine goddess approaches my table welllllllllllllll just can't be real. Relate? Deal breaker for me right away is unfocused attention. I.E. looking around the room for that guy that may have more money. I have excused myself and gone to the bathroom rather than talk to a girl that was looking all around the room. Course I have done that in regular bars and clubs too. What body type do I prefer? That is the question right? Proportinate. I don't like fitness crazed hard bodies. Obsession is a turnoff for me. Have the energy to be happy, and be happy with yourself.

For the record, as far as physicalities, I've enjoyed the scrawny dancers and the voluptous ones alike. What I'm really looking for in an entertainer is a gal that has a sense of warmth to her.

When I was at a club out in Denver last month, I was watching two girls dancing on stage, both decently attractive, but one a bit prettier than the other. I tipped them both and based on the way my tip was accepted, thought they were both dance worthy. I asked them both and they accepted.

After clearing up some confusion that I did not want a double, the more attractive of the two took me back to the PD room. About twenty seconds had already elasped on the current song, but she never waited for the next one, nor stopped to introduce herself, she simply began dancing. Plenty of grinding but very clinical grinding. When the song finished, I paid her the $20 for which I heard a canned insincere at best thank you, and went back for the other gal, somewhat worried that I was in for a double disapointment.

When I got back with the less attractive gal, she told me that we would wait for the next song, so that I would get my full money's worth. In the three minutes or so before that song began, she asked if I'd been there before, what I was doing in town, told me how long she'd been dancing, i.e. she made a genuine effort to get acquainted.

When she began dancing, she didn't grind as hard as the first gal, but she put considerably more sensuality into her performance, lots of flips, and flirting, and creative positions. She laughed and giggled, and made the dances positively fun. So much fun that I bought four of them and threw on a nice tip. She outearned her more attractive counterpart by better than $60 simply by adding some personal touches, and by not making me feel like every waking second of her time had to be compensated for.

What do you guys think?? Does the personality of the girl make a difference in your decision to buy a dance?
At my home club, my number 2 gal beats my ATF in the looks department hands down, and there's arguably even better looking dancers than both of them. In fact, if you were to line up all the gals at that club, I doubt you could pick the ATF out of the bunch. What does that tell you?

As the above account illustrates, looks might get a dancer's foot in the door, but if she has nothing but looks, she's not going to getting much more than a stage tip out of me (or if I'm in a weak moment, a single dance). Personality and warmth will get a dancer a lot deeper into a customer's wallet. Well mine anyway.

Three of my current favs in my primary club are:

    - A petite brunette with a tiny body and a smile that takes up half of her face.
    - A gorgeous work-out junkie with a boob job that belongs in a catalogue, abs that I could bounce a cinder block off of and legs that go on for weeks. She can talk about any subject and at least act like she's interested in whatever YOU are talking about.
-A thirty something mother of four with slightly sagging breasts and a pair of beautiful brown eyes that I can still feel looking at me an hour after I've left the club.

All of these ladies have great personalities-different from each other but alike in their acceptance of the job that they do and the realization that how they treat guys-and not how they look-is what keeps us coming back.

I actually think there needs to be more dancers in the 400+ category. I mean if I can't hear the thunderous roar of her walking up to the stage I don't want to spend money. Period.

But holy shit is your avatar fun to look at. I mean I'm trying to be all respectful, but DAMN.

In the top clubs, personality is everything. In fact, it's the only thing.

When I am on the road, my MO is to find the absolute smartest dancer in the club, buy out her night (usually $800 - $1,200) and talk. Most of these dancers are not only beautiful, but seriously brilliant. We share stories, she throws in dances, sometimes we go to VIP (slightly different financial deal there, of course). We wager on what customers have money, who is going to buy a dance and who won't (the dancer invariably kicks my ass in this game -- keeps me modest). We do shots. She climbs in my lap. We often do dinner the next night OTC, usually in a strictly customer mode.

Point of this long digression: Personality is everything. Intelligence, conversational ability, sense of humor, acting skills, sensitivity. Sales skills. I can honestly say that there is not a single physical attribute all these women share.

    Personality is everything.
