Hi I have until August to loose 5-10 lbs. I run every day and make sure I get at least 1/2 hr of cardio in M-F. I was thinking to loose those last 5-10 lbs should I up my cardio to 1 hr a day with just eating raw fruits and vegetables with perhaps some nuts and grilled chicken breast. What do you girls eat? Right now I am 5'0 and 112. My mother always told me a girl my height should never be above 105 lbs at the most so I want to be like 100-105. Thanks!

I actually have plenty of chest and booty and skinny arms and legs. If I eat healthy and eat everything in sight, I weigh 118 - 120. If I eat artery-clogging fast food, I weigh about 128. But I look an feel better eating healthier food, and the weight is distributed better.
