    I need someones two cents

Hey everyone, i am 19 years old and my best friend and I both started to work out last summer and got in shape and went to this club thats around the way, we both danced and got hired, it was before the fourth of july, and we were to start after the 4th, i got in a horrible car accident on the 3rd which i had to go through intense surgery on my ankle and leg for, now its been a year and i had to learn to walk again and what not, but now heres where i need someones two cents, i wanna go back to the club again and try to get my job back.... but i was wondering where the shoe standard stands, cause i can walk in heels but the heels i have from last year (itty bitty stilletos) dont give me much support which inclines me to pain and what not a lot quicker.... i was wondering if maybe a chunky/T shaped heel would not be ok, or what your opinion on the whole situation is, cause normally i would be like psht its not a big deal, but when i think of dancing i think of my tiny lil shoes help me please

try chunky or cone shaped heals, also there are quite a few girls where I work that wear wedge heels. The wedge heels hurt my feet and i don't think that they aren't that classy but whatever works for you.Try www.snaz75.com they are pretty cheap and have lots of veriety.Plus they ship really fast.

If you order from Snaz don't forget to type "stripperweb" into the cupon code for a 10% discount!

I would also call the club. Strange as it may sound some places do have a shoe policy.

As much as I know of places where dancers can where any style of footwear they like, I also know places that restrict boots, or have a min height heal.

Hopefully the ladies on here can give you some suggestions for heals with good ankle support, but be sure to check with the club in case they do have some sort of policy.

    Best of luck!

I've always been able to wear chunky heels / boots and fairly ugly shoes in all honesty despite some of the clubs I've worked in having a stiletto rule. In my main club they just understand that I can't dance in most other shoes so it's not a problem. Shop around though and you can find some really pretty 'sensible' comfortable shoes to dance in.
