    Thumbs down Irregular sleeping pattern

    My sleeping patterns have been so erratic lately. I went to bed last night at 5am and woke up at 8am.. I tried to sleep some more but 2 hours later I was still awake. The other night I woke up at 3.30pm and was late for work. It seems to become a pattern..

    I'm working all week since there's a big convention here. Any tips on regular sleep? I am so tired today

    Try melatonin.... I take about 4-5 pills of it (it says you can go up to 15, weird right?)
    It's described as an all natural night cap and helps you fall aslepp w/out feeling groggy in the morning.

    I forget where I read these tips, but here goes: The best way is to get into a regular routine (yeah, I know, easier said than done). Also, don't lay in bed and read or watch TV. Only get in bed when you are ready to go to sleep. I think that's supposed to train your mind and body towards going to sleep or something. Don't exercise before bed. A hot shower just before bed helps me. Most of these are not very compatible with dancing.
