Any advice?
You might want to PM NinaDaisy or Birdgette

Thanks, I'll try that!!!
I thought they didn't work there anymore...?

Yeah, it's the reasons we don't work there anymore that you might want to know. High fees, loads of corpofuck bullshit, a dipshit owner's son running the place (who has no fucken idea what he's doing btw) for starters. NinaD and I actually watched this asshole take a packed Friday night crowd buying dances and turn it into a housefull of jerks demanding 2for1s or nothing in one quick stroke of stupidity.
2 weeks before Christmas, in the SLOWEST time of year, they flew in 20 girls from one of their CA clubs, which DOUBLED the number of girls on the floor for the week, then RAISED HOUSE FEES that same week. Now how do you think the house girls felt about that? And just guess how they reacted when we complained?
This is just 2 examples off the top of my head. There are lots more. They've run off more quality moneymaking girls than you could shake a stick at. NinaD and me included. The few girls who stick around are locals who either 1) become mgrs pets (guess how) or 2) are inexperienced and don't know they don't have to put up with such crap at work.
It IS the biggest money potential club in Baltimore. No question. Now, most clubs like that have more girls than they can handle beating down the door to work there. Not Hustler. They keep having to fly girls in from their out of state clubs to fill the roster. There's a reason for that....
I did the contest. The girl who won didn't particularly stand out any more than anyone else, nor did she get the most applause. So she might have known the DJ, but we'll never know. She won $500 and the rest of us had the honor of a "job offer." Most of the other girls were locals and just went home when they lost.
Oh, and perhaps this is something you already know. The Hustler Baltimore was the first round stage I've ever danced on, where there is no backstage area to take off clothes. My costume was a bit complex to take off, and I was used to taking it off behing the stage entrance area. No such luxury here, it was a bit cumbersome undressing, so don't make it hard on yourself.
Also, I got there really early for the contest and had to sit there for 3 hours, and buy my own drinks, we couldn't even get a free soda for sitting and waiting. So don't rush to get their too early, we didn't start until at least 10pm.
Oh, and don't just twirl around the pole, make eye contact and a min-show with all the guys sitting around the tip rail. Then they will tip you AND cheer for you.

Thanks B!I don't know if I plan on making a habit out of going there, I just wanna see what it's like. I haven't been outta state in like 3yrs...It is beyond sucky here! Baltimore and DC are within reasonable traveling distance, since I can go there and still come home to my rug-monkeys in the same day/night.
Honestly, it seems like every club sucks from the reviews... I'm not really that concerned about working conditions as far as management and other girls, I try to keep my distance unless absolutely necessary. But house fees are another thing entirely.
How high are we talking on the house fees? I don't want to have to take out a mortgage on my *ss!! My club has no house fees, but also NO money, so it could possibly be a good trade-off.
Ok, enough rambling. If anything, it's only one night, I can just chalk it up to experience!
Do you have any advice on other clubs in the area?
Well I only worked there for a week, and I did very well. I wasn't accustomed to one-way contact with actual bouncers making sure that they guys behave AND being able to keep $25 a dance. Apparently now the club is taking the $5 from every dance, but it was just the first 10 dances the week I was there. Make sure to work the week of an Orioles series in town. There was also a convention the week I was there, so banking was easy.......
Its always nice to have a change of scenery.....

When I left it was:
$50 flat fee for non-schedule
$6 from EVERY dance, not just the first 10
$10 minimum to security
$10 minimum to DJ
So, let's say on an average night most girls might make $400 in tips and dances - 13 dances at $25 each and $75 in tips. 13 dances * $6 housecut = $78. $78 + 50 + 20 = $148 in mandatory minimum payouts. That leaves you with $252 for the night. The more you make, the more you pay, because they take a cut of every dance.
Champagne rooms are waaaaay too pricey for the area - $600/hr and of course the club takes half. And the customer has to buy drinks on top of that - not a good deal and pretty hard to sell, especially in that area. Some girls sell rooms every night there, but they often spend an hour or more with a guy making the pitch. Not worth it really.
BUT, in summertime, during Orioles game weeks, you can make some good cash if you concentrate on selling as many laps as you can instead of trying to sell the CRs. The out of town guys will tip more on dances and buy them more readily. If you watch the Orioles game schedule and plan to work on nights after home game, you should make enough money to make the trip worth it and avoid most of the daily management bullshit.
Just watch out for random "missed stage" fines and such that cut further into your bottom line. It was not uncommon for the manager on shift to impose a missed stage fine on every girl who was in the back doing a lapdance when a redlight special or bachelor party was called, even though the POLICY was supposed to be that if you were already doing a dance you didn't have to come out for the special. That was another huge problem - one manager tells you one thing and another fines you for following that. Oh, and overcounting your dances. EVERY single night several girls' dance count was inflated. I regularly had mine overcounted by 2-6 dances, and since you have to pay a cut to house for every one, that get's annoying real quick. Anything to get deeper into the girls' pockets.....
Orioles game schedule:
Home game weeks are good, times to work. Weeks they're playing Boston or New York in Bmore are the BEST!!!
Looking at the schedule I see that Sep23-29 they're playing Boston then New York back to back. That will be an EXCELLENT week to work at Hustler![]()

Speaking of the Orioles... I've heard some good stuff about the Goddess club... It's right across from the stadium, I've personally never been there, but if you'll be in B-more it might be worth checking out.
Good Luck tonight!!!
