Love television without pity. I started watching some shows just to follow the recaps.

I used to love Television Without Pity (aka "TWOP"), til they sold out to The Man (Yahoo!, in this case). The recaps and the forums were a blast, lots of snarky comments back and forth. Those aspects are still around, though not as much, and they stopped recapping most of the shows I liked (sitcoms and "CSI") so it became less and less interesting.

I still pop in there now and again as a guest for recaps and spoilers on "The O.C.", but I haven't been an active poster there for about 18 months.

Okay, you're going about this all wrong. And they still recap CSI. It's equally fun to read the shows that you don't like. I don't do the forums, just the recaps. My favourite right now is 7th Heaven. (And - this is so embarrassingly and horrifyingly dorky - I do have favourite recappers. I used to love Pamie.)

I've been a member of TWOP for 4 years now. I have to agree that they were a lot better when they were on their own.

But god, the rules make me want to scream. They've got so many goddamn rules. Like you can't comment with one line, etcetera etcetera etcetera.
