See, I have a lot of respect for the club I work at... so I would SO not dig that going on where I work... I'd try to help get rid of it... but that's just me.
And I dont wanna go to jail when someone gets busted selling while I'm at work anyways. Bleh.

Marek says, "A friend of mine got punched in the face by a dominatrix stripper about two weeks ago and I thought of you."
There are a few factors involved. The main one is: how well is the dancer regarded by MANAGEMENT? If she's a right hand kinda gal...I would stay away from telling mgmt. You could, however, consider anonymously tip off the police. It would most likely mean that your club gets raided...so...I guess it would also depend on how much you like your club.
That's a toughy...no one likes a drug dealer at their work...unless of course, they like buying drugs...but...ehhhh...

Is there any way you can anonymously tip off management? Personally, If I couldn't do that, I would stay out of it. That's just me.
Depends on what kinds of drugs are being sold.
If it's LSD, good pot and ecstacy I'd be her best friend.
If it's meth, H or coke I wouldn't say anything if she was a good dancer and I liked her music.

Ha, I wouldn't go to that club, it would be raided ASAP.

Nah, it's going on in all the clubs. To be sure, EVERY club has at least one dealer (serious or not) working there. Most likely management knows and looks the other way. It's just more discreet in some places.
Telling management will most likely backfire. They don't take too kindly to tattlers. Tipping cops will just get the club raided. Either way it will not be a good outcome. Only thing you can really do is keep your nose clean and avoid confrontation.
It is the RARE club manager indeed who actually cares about this issue and will do the right thing.
....especially considered that most club management parties with these girls as well......

Yoiu cant allow drugs in the workplace. And girls who bring drugs in and sell them just leave the club vulnerable.

There are three types of illicit behavior I'd like to discuss. My ATF and management
of the club had different views.
First is selling drugs and who's selling them. ATF viewed this negatively and while she wouldn't tattle on the dancer, she would not assist them in much either. This type of dancer ran afoul of the club rules and procedures, and didn't last more than five or six months and was fired, gone, arrested, skipped or whatever. Managements view of the drug dealing dancer was "don't ask, don't tell." They tended to call attention to themselves by their behavior or their customers spacing out, collapsing, or getting into fights.
A dancer attracting this type of "mangement intensive customer" and who keeps calling attention to herself, and violating the rules and acting odd got fired. Usually took two to three months. Harder to fire was the dancer who was clean coming in and started dealing.
They however were also fired.
Customer drug use. Again the general rule of both ATF and managemetn was "Don't ask, don't tell." ATF tolerated use of bumps in VIP, but tended to write off that type of customer as trouble, and a threat to her day time job and life. As she already had a drug using husband, having a drug using customer and boyfriend that she also had to get rid of
is a mistake she was not likely to repeat in her organized scientific mind.
She tolerated the bump users, would not accept tips in "beans" (under the excuse
that it is not cash currrency). She also made the drug guys buy the champagne bottle, and pushed the more expense brands for which she got dancer sales credits which were good for tip out and penalty fees.
The bouncers viewed drug use in VIP rooms negatively, and new customers were promptly thrown out. On busy nights they were slow but would eventually get around to noticing it
and throwing them out. A good high paying regular might get away but two of the managers would talk with the guy and size him up. They were kind of discouraged and all the bounders and managers kind of kept there eyes on them and let the guys know.
Generally management got rid of them, but at an opportune moment.
Drug dealing boyfriends are trouble all the way around and they and the dancer were ejected.

If it's not effecting you stay the hell out of it.This is one of those situations where your damned if you do and damned if you don't.As long as no one is causing drama about it managers will look the other way.Odds are the managers are buying from her anyways.Just keep your head down, don't buy or take anything from her,if she asks just say you don't do that type of thing, and go on about your business. If the club the club gets raided your clean and all you'll get is a pat on the back,a have a nice night, and you'll be on your merry way.

I would never get involved. Especailly if you are a new girl or not a popular girl please just mind your business like with everything else that goes on im the dressing room.

If u know the manager probably knows as well. I would never call the cops cause it would make problems for the club and not even tell the manager since it's none of my buisness and he probably knows and agree.

What I know about this topic is 'customers' coming in to sell the girls drugs (perhaps staff too). I now avoid a club I used to favor because of recent drug dealing and usage in it. It has been raided a time or two. I'm sure others have dancer users and customer/dealers, or a mix of the two. I expect it, but I do not investigate any more. I just try to aviod. Elsewhere on this site I have posted my attitude about dope and dopeheads.
This club is in a rural area which is almost exclusively white and often red-neck types. I started seeing blacks from the city come into the club for a few minutes, rub up against the gals, hug them, and then shortly leave - no VIPs and almost no table dances. It was pretty easy to imagine the fast exchanges taking place during those quick hugs. Further most of the gals did not get that close to other customers even during table dances. I am not one for detecting up-to modest drug usage, but those who knew could pretty easily tell (so they told me). Police are in the clubs very often, both working undercover and off-duty, enjoying or studying. Note that I'm not saying all blacks in the club or elsewhere are drug dealers or users or even many of them. I'm relating about a specific situation I'm aware of.
Under those circumstances, it would be wise to stop that action before the raids began and the neighboring public would become even more incensed about those crimes in their residential setting. Building burning is not unknown in this area.
Management there was stupid and short-sighted. They got reports both from customers and staff/dancers. They were given advice, but were somehow reluctant to use it. Eventually someone got tired of the situation they had to deal with but didn't want to abandon the club. So they turned them in, probably naming names. Well, the club got raided and lost many dancers and customers. It was an unsuccessful raid because only a dancer who was reportedly selling was caught, not her supplier who regularly came into the club.
I say they got what they deserved. But drug dealing needs to be brought out into the open. It's healthier that way. How that is done depends on specific situations.
Dancers, if you gotta use, do it OUTSIDE of the club. You are putting too many people at risk. Clubs are full of people watching almost your every move. If you get caught or fired, don't ask me for sympathy. Or a dance.

I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.
NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
The club that i work at has a strict no drugs and for those under 21 no alchahol policy. we have had a couple of problems with both once or twice. what a girl does before work is her own business but when she walks in to work it is a whole new ball game. I have seen mgmt. come out of nowhere on the biggest of money makers and fire them on the spot for just the possesion of a pipe. As for customers with drugs the are kicked out and are never allowed back. If a girl dosent feel comortable taking a problem to management then go to one of the other male employees and talk to them it will useually get to where it needs to go to fix the problem.
I can say the best policy is not to say anything at all at this point....The advice of "mind your own business come to mind!!!" Not to be rude, but if it does not effect your money, you should probably just look the other way. No matter which way you go with this by taking action you are creating drama. TRUST ME, MANAGEMENT ALREADY KNOWS. The cops probably know as well.
Hell of you think that is bad, I know of a club paid off by the local dealer, the club probably pays off the cops, and there are literaly lines of coke on the tables in VIP on any given night. Nothing real secret there.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, cigar in one hand, scotch in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

i would just mind my own business. that's how i am in the strip club atmosphere. i don't tell on others who do "Extras"...i don't say that an 18 year old is drinking, nor do i let on that i know a girl is sniffing coke out of her locker. this doesn't interfere with me OR my money. therefore, why do i give a damn?
