OH yea, I could've told ya that Deogol. Some of the GOODEST (lol) food is full of "bad" fats, cholesteral, sodium, and not to mention calories.
That is just gross. But hey some people would rather sacrifice their time. Not to many people these days know how to cook (ie not the boxed foods ladies) so a TV dinner will more than suffice.
I wish I had kids or somebody to cook for..It's just me, and I LOVE cooking. I can "THROW DOWN" as they say lol.

WOW thats nasty. Its like going to McDonalds only now you can microwave it at home. OMG I think my heart would burst forth from my chest if I ate that.

Hee, hee, and my mom gets on my case about skipping breakfast.
231% of your cholesterol RDA from one freakin' meal. Can I have one every 2.31 days then?

Yeeech, that's pretty bad. I bought a couple of TV dinners a couple of weeks back...maybe I better check the labels.
Anyhow, if the Hungry Man Breakfast is the worst, this probably ranks a close second: The "Low Carb Breakfast Bowl" from Hardees:
Folded Egg, Sausage Patty, Crumbled Bacon, Diced Ham, Crumbled Sausage, Three Cheeses (Cheddar, American, Swiss)
Now, those all sound good in and of themselves, but then you hit the nutritional data:
622 calories (450 from fat)
50 grams of fat (21 grams of saturated, same as the Hungry Man)
325mg of cholesterol
1,380mg of sodium
2g of dietary fiber
2g of sugar
36g of protein
But hey, it's low-carb! (6g of carbohydrates)
"Women, not girls, rule my world" - Prince
"No parking on the dance floor" - Midnight Star
And someone told me that I was nuts for thinking I was losing my weight for cutting out fast food??? I think not. Don't miss it either.

Hole- ley-CRAP! Yea... A drive-thru sounds really healthy right about now...
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.

I used to eat McDonald's, on an almost, daily basis (7-8 years ago) (big macs and fish filet sandwich) and lost weight on that "diet." However, I've not had anything from Mcdonald's in 2-3 years. no regrets, either...
However, this "thing" sounds several times more dangerous than what I had eating in McDonald's that whole time.![]()
