Lately I havent had alot of free time and I havent been able to work out like before (which was about 1 1/2 hours a day) so now my clothes are a little too tight doesn anyone know any way to get weight off quick? Or should I just not sleep and force myself to work out 1 1/2 hours a day! Im so frustrated!

First, I would suggest to cut out all sluggish foods out of your diet. Cutting out your sodium will help alot and keep you unbloated. Honestly, you might just be super bloated....and its not the best idea or healthiest but take diretics to push out all the excess water...BUT drink like a gallon of water while you are doing it to keep you from getting ...ahem...."traffic".
Thats all for now...maybe that will help jump start you.

I have noticed in the past two months that eating a regular breakfast has helped me to lose and keep off a few lbs. I take a vitamin every morning as well and always always eat breakfast even on the weekends, not like full on eggs bacon sausage deals just a nice reasonable size bowl of cereal or fruit and yogurt. Good Luck.

^ yeah, what they said. Also, every morning, do squats, lunges, push-ups, and crunches. While it's not completely complete...it'll help with keeping the muscles from going flabby.

I was going to say....you can burn more calories in your day by doing more housework.
Like for instance move your room around, do more dishes, mop, clean the bathroom (ick), walk as many places as you can, organize everything you can......that way after your workout or before you are always burning calories than just by relaxing.
Just by adding extra things in your day can help burn more calories....besides if your working you wont be eating.

Also, sometimes when I get hunger pangs I drink some water until I can get to food.

You should really also start working working out so much out of your routine... the average person should work out for 20 minutes everyday, whether they are trying to lose weight or not, and never more then 45 minutes to an hour when they are trying to lose weight. The reason for this is your body gets used to the fact that you are burning off alot of calories, and grabs everything that it can so you have something to burn off... if you just stop exercising you'll gain the weight because your bpdy will still be trying to absorb everything thinking it'll just go away...

Never just stop excersising entirely.... and never stop eating either... b.c the same thing will happen if you do that too...

    Sucks, but its true...
