    Default Nasal Folds

Reading on the other thread about them...

Who here has done something to camouflage(sp?) these things?

What's the best way, mini face lift or filler?

I have them due to weight lose & hate them. I don't want my face to look stretched(too young for that) & I don't want it to look stiff with the fillers either. Argh, which is better?

A good multi-vitamin serum will help rebuild the collegen and make the lines less noticable, without giving you a fakey surgury face.

hhmmm serum..... i'll try that first. thx.

yeah, that is what i'm afraid of. freaky surgery look....for that i rather not do nothing at all. then i'll be just fine the way i am. thing is i think the folds make me look older, when i'm in my early 20's. LOL.

Yeah, I have then too, and I hate them. The Vitamin serum is really good. I use the Nichole MIller brand from Melaleuca International, but there are others out there. I read that it is the Vitamin C that really helps. Give it about 6 weeks or so to make a noticable change.

I also use an alpha-hydroxy lotion at night, which seems to help. Drinking enough water and getting enough sleep make a big differnce, too.

Also, I use very little foundation and I use a TON of loose powder, all very high quality. This helps keep the makeup from collecing in the folds and making them look worse.

Vyanka, the fillers wont make you look fake. They dont have that much volume to them to do that. I have used restalyne 3 times and I always wish it looked plumper but it doesnt. It just makes the lines disapear.

I saw something online once on permanent collagen, for nasal fold and lips. The tube type. Read those are as soft as a marshmellow.

    Thx for the input michele.
