    Default Seattle clubs-Ricks?

I'm wondering if there are any other Seattle gals here? I am just starting out dancing and I went to Rick's to scope it out. First impression was WAY TOO MANY GIRLS. There must have been 50 girls on Firday night. Anyway, I've heard its a dirty dirty place, but if you're willing to do a little bit of extras, you'll make bank. So anyone who's either been to Rick's or works there, any info on the club would be appreciated. Also, whats up with the Talents West Agency? Is there any advantage of going through them? Should I contact them to get started? Any info would be great! Thanks!

Yes, Ricks is known for being dirty. I've listened to Seattle guys tell me how FS is available on day shift. I figure nights would be better as they are watched closer by vice at night. I feel badly for Seattle area girls because a half way clean dancer won't make any money and the dirty dancers don't make a killing either. At least dirty dancers in San Francisco make $1000-1500 a shift, but in Seattle $200 take home is doing pertty good, even if you are an awesome hustler.

I think the clubs use the booking agents to aviod having to pay the dancers a wage. I don't know that for sure, but I have worked at clubs that use an agent so that the dancers can remain "independant contractors" by legal definition, and get around the whole right-to-work laws.

I've never danced in Seattle, but I know a girl who says Sugar's isn't so dirty, and they don't have so many girls dancing there.

Keep in mind that all of my knowledge is 2nd hand, and getting more responses from Seattle girls here would be more helpful to you. All the girls that I meet are ones that are greatly dissatisfied with the Seattle strip club scene, and have left for greener pastures.

Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!

There was a forum about this last year, with a girl from either boston or new orleans asking about rick's and clubs in seattle. I had some beef with rick's last year and there whole $30 BJ policy, but that was last year.......So I don't work there anymore, but I still keep in contact with a couple of girls that do. Here's what I can tell you:

Rick's used to be alright for dancing when I first started there-aside from dealing with obnoxious customers, you could still come off with $600-$800 over your $140 house your first couple weeks dancing at night AND during the day. But a couple weeks is about it. If you are comfortable offering (I don't know how else to put this but) prostitution-type service, you will do well at Rick's. This is your clientelle base. BE AWARE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT!! I heard the mayor is in the process of passing some time of four foot law over there, Frank Sr. and the Colocurcios are getting indicted for lobbying the city council and the secretary lady at Talent's West has been arrested and will go to prison.....blah blah blah........I don't know about the Deja Vu, but you should PM Noelle. To my knowledge she works at the Vu and can give you more information about dancing in Seattle than I can. Good Luck.

Hi, breezy206. I danced in Seattle for 8 years (91-9. Rick's was a VERY nasty club. No offence to anyone who works there. I've had friends through the years who have worked there. I tried it for a night and I couldn't handle it. Day shift was even worse. Talents West is actually owned by Frank Colacurcio Sr. and his son frank Jr. They own Rick's. I'm not sure what it's like now, I've heard it's even worse.

Deja Vu is right up the street. I worked there for a couple of years. Deja Vu would be empty and Rick's would have a huge line of guys waiting to get in!
