So I've totally had my sleep cycle screwed up lately and wanted to get back to normal. Tried a few days ago, didn't work. The only way I can really do it is to stay up for a day and crash at like 10pm then I'll sleep til @ 9am because I wore myself out from staying up so long. So I was gonna do that on Sunday - woke up @ 6PM! on Sat, so decided to just stay up on Sun to turn myself back around. Did that, but @ 7pm started crashing really hard and took a nap for like an hour. Got sleepy @ 2am, went to bed. That would've been ok, except then I never could sleep! Couldn't turn the brain off, just couldn't.
Got fed up at like 6am (keep in mind this is Monday morning now) and just got up. Still not getting sleepy by noon, so figured MAYBE I can hold out today and stay up at least til dark. Of course not, I crashed @ 3:30. Dammit. Woke up at 7, saw the light outside, thought great it's 7am I must've really needed the sleep. Saw bf's missed call, figured I'd call back in the afternoon. Checked email, went back to bed, slept more, woke up at 12. Thought, well it's a lil late, but noon is ok, I musta really been exhausted. Then realized........IT'S DARK OUTSIDE! Wha???? What day is this??? Look at the cell - time says 12:02am, 7/25!
CRAP! I woke up at 7PM Mon and I guess due to previous lack of sleep, thought I'd slept til 7AM Tues. So now I'm up at midnight Monday night, wide awake, nothing to do and pissed off that now I'm gonna have to stay up again today to fix my sleep cycle. GEEEEEEZZZZ!!! LOL
I dunno why I'm having such trouble sleeping properly lately, I have never had this problem before. Stress? ugh

But I HATE that. I wanna have time to do stuff before work, or just get out and do daytime activities on days off. I like doing goofy stuff like spend the afternoon at a waterpark, see a matinee, catch sushi happy hour at my fave japanese place, etc....and if I sleep til 5pm every damn day I miss out on all that stuff
Not to mention it puts me in a foul mood for the rest of the day cuz I feel like I wasted a day in bed.
