^ Actually, she seems to be getting a thrill out of all the stress she is causing me.
As much as I hate to admit it, your advice is 100% correct ! I just can't bring myself to turn her in yet.

I would just like to let you know that my dear old mother did the same to me. She was sick, as is your mother. She will continuwe to do this to you until you stop her. In my case, my mother was the one with cancer. I took care of her until the day she died. But if I had to do it all again, I would not. Please don't let her continue to do this. I wish I had not listened to my so-called friends that encouraged me to help her and take all her crap all those years. I spent a long time getting over the damage she caused me and I can't get that time back. She even stole my identity, which I did nto find out until after she passed away.

Filing charges against her is all that will stop her. Document everything so if she even thinks about doign this to you again she will be facing jailtime. She is messing with the government now, and to use an old saying, "Homey dont' play that".
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]Do unto others as you would have them do to you...it's less work to be nice than it is to be evil!

Tax liens stay on your credit for 10 years versus the general 7 years for other adverse information. If you pay it off, then make certain that the release of lien is also recorded and your credit will improve
