Hi Ya All!
Okay I need to pick your guys brain I took a break from dancing and now weigh 165 I need to get back to my dancers body lol so I want to drop at least 30 pounds in about a months time or two even but in one month I am going back to work and going on a strict diet and I am stuck between cardio I do the elp. machine at my gym but should I just jog on the treadmill and outside when its nice???
Help!!! My diet is very good I am a good diet and eat small meals and drink tons and tons of water!
