    Default nutrition and exercise website

I've been trying to get in better shape and looking around on the internet found this website that has quite a few informative articles on nutrition and workouts.

I've been a member over at bodybuilding.com forums for awhile now. It's by far the best place to go for exercise advice. They also have great prices on supplements.
If you want a good one for nutrition, check out www.fitday.com
It helps you keep track of everything you eat during the day. It figures out your total calories and breaks them down into how much fat, carbs, and protein you eat. It's a great free site.
