Ive been reading alot of articles and trying to do some research on this topic. Have you ever noticed how some mens and womens abs are different shapes? Some abs petrude or flat or are all ripply. There are all different kinds.
How do all these different men and women get abs to those different shapes? I was thinking it was genetics and the way your body is shaped but as I was reading I thought it would be more the way they train. Im shooting for a flat stomach myself and wonder if this is even possible due to the shape of my body or the way I train. Last thing I want to end up with is big man ripply abs.![]()
