Ok; now I'm seriously playing catch-up but here goes.

MUST HAVE!!! Elize--Shake. This thing is the shit. The shit. You think it's going to bore you and then you can't get it the fuck outta your head. Your girls will be fighiting over this one. Awesome. Remix is fine but the original is best. She's a sexy bitch too. Her other song Automatic is good but not as good as this one.

Stevie Nicks vs. Deep Dish--Dreams 2005. Eh; ok. Good but not great. At least it uses the original........

Digital Dog--Clothes Off. Ha ha ha. I don't know if you could seriously play this in the SC, but it sure would be funny. Take a listen and stroll down memory lane.(we don't have to take our clothes off; to have a good time; oh no..)

Bon Garcon--Freek U. (hip-hop girl vocal) Original is good; full intention mix if you want a little more energy.

Britney S--Do Something. Oh how special. But, the girls seem to like it, so use your judgement; the lyrics are perfect for the SC. Haven't run across the remixes yet; I'm sure they'll be out soon.

ROCK BLAST FROM THE PAST:Cry of Love-Bad Thing. Did I getcha??
On edit:hair blast from the past: Ratt--Loving you is a Dirty Job.Ahhhh...

David Guetta--The World Is Mine. Very good mid-to-high tempo song with sexy dark lyrics. Reminds me of Depeche Mode.

Deep Dish vs. Dire Straits--Flashing for Money. Cool; my man says that he likes the 3 bad bros. remix (of the original) better; but if you edit this one down it's not bad. I have the Sultan mix and it's ok but needs lots of editing. If you find a better remix or the radio version let me know. This is 4/floor vs. 3 bad broz being breakbeat.

Esthero--Fastlane. Sexy as hell; the original is great but may not have the punch you need for later night. Morel's pink noise edit is pretty good but still lacks the energy I think someone else could give it. Keep your eyes open for a better remix.

Inyana Day--Nasty Girl. REQUIRED because this is a great redo of a strip club classic. Get the Full Vocal Mix.

Jody Watley--Looking for a New Love 2005. Yep; she redid it herself and it sounds great. Get the radio remix.

Chemical Bros.--The Boxer. This may not be best for the SC; but I really like. I'm liking everything so far off this album; maybe I should check out the whole thing; ya think??

Breakfastaz--Midnight. Ok; this is very on the edge for a SC (tech/breakbeat wise) but I think it could definately work. Get the original; it is shortest at 4:51 so you can cut it without much problem.

Shapeshifters--Back to Basics. I admit I haven't given this more than a prefunctory scan; there are myriad remixes (too many) and I got bored after 2. It won't leave the charts though. The song is cool but just get either the original or radio and be done with.A little too gay-housey for the club in my opinion.

Daft Punk-Technologic. You'r playing this for fun and recoginizability more than anything else; not really a good song to dance to. Since is so everyhere I thought I should include it.Duh.

Res-Q--Don't make Me Wait. Obligitory house girly tech track for the month. Pretty good with some decent energy but no staying power. Better than the cheesy DJ Sammy stuff; so if you have a girl that likes this style its a good safe choice. Can you tell I'm burnt out on this kind of house?? Note: If you'r going to pick between this and Mike Rizzo feat.Allie-Can't Go On pick THIS ONE.

katpeople--Freefalling. I would say that ditto above; but the singing is smooth enough to be sexy and it may work where the above would not. Get the original radio edit. Other remixes are good but too long.

There's a white label mix of Black Magic Woman (using the original) that I just discovered; it may have been out for awhile because I can't find a date for it. It's decent but of course you have to edit. I could be really late to the table on this one; my apologies if so.

Konkast--Sweet Dreams. Yes, ANOTHER remix of the damn song but this one is pretty cool with some good energy beats behind it. Definatley a remix that I think does pretty well despite non-original vocals. I only know of one mix of this; but there may be more. Get whichever one is on the Ministry of Sound collection.Short.

DJ Collette--Feelin' Hypnotized. Well; this one is climbing charts all over but for some reason just hasn't grabbed me yet; I think I need to give it a few more listens. The original is just to 4-on-the-floor to have as much energy as I'd like; I'm hoping for a breakbeat remix. Take a listen and decide; I'm a little too prejudiced.

My husband re-discovered these songs the other night; so even though they are not "new" I thought I'd include:Fluke-Absurd [and] Atom Bomb. Good and sexy.

Lauren Hildebrant--Burnin' Out. Put this here in case you were considering. Don't; it's just tooo gay-housey.

Lemon Jelly-'88. Hard to find and kinda unusual but definatley sexy. Put this on your "cool to have" but save it for that one girl who can do it right. Kind of sneaker-pimps ish sexy.( I know that isn't a good comparison but you'll see what I mean)

Sarah Atereth--You Wouldn't Know How. I can't make up my mind on this one. First I like it; then I relegate it to the girly-tech bin. The melody sticks with me though; and her singing is very clear. I have 3 different remixes of this and none of them really impress me; I'm now on the hunt for the original which may prove to be the best.Hate to be so vague but as I said before; I'm getting bored with this style of house. I'll post later if I find a better mix.

WHATEVER you do STAY AWAY from that new remix of Send Me An Angel. It SUUUUUKS.

Sara Noxx--Colder and Colder. Goth tech; pretty cool. Gotta have the right girl.

Lucas Prata--And She Said. Very good!! Get the Valentin Radio Mix. Clue: psuedo-latina guy pop. Gonna be popular I think.

Jenna Drey--Where did I Go Wrong. Pretty good but nothing you really need unless you have a high demand for it. I'm listing because it's all over the charts.

90S FLASHBACKS: (not necessarily club material; just jogging your memory)Tasmin Archer--Sleeping Satellite;Ralph Tresvant--Sensitivity;Merril Bainbridge--Mouth;Boy Krazy--That's What Love Can Do; Something for the People--My Love is the Shhhh..;Triplets--You Don't Have to Go Home Tonight. (whooo; cheezy!)

I have revisited DT8's "Winter" from earlier this year and decided I really like it. Check it out; yes its girly but with some power and great smooth vocals.I think I mentioned this on my first New Songs post.

Okay; Think I'm done. None of these are really earth shaking except for the first one. Hopefully better luck this month (aug). Hope this helps and have fun; please post feedback!
