    Default Strippers of the 1940's...

Did anyone see the HBO documentary on burlesque shows of the 1940's through the 1960's? It was called "Pretty Things" and it's was totally inspirational! It was like a history of stripping. Absolutely fabolous! These old ladies were taking out their costumes that they danced in, and they were showing all these old clips of their shows, it looked so glam and fun. What did you ladies think?

Yep.. Saw it here, and loved it. I've always loved Burlesque, and those ladies were definitely hot back in their day.

Yeah, it was great! I wish I could go back in time and enjoy burlesque when it was in it's heyday. To be a performer then would have been so much fun. Not like now having to compete with girls giving bj's for a couple bucks in a crappy club. Back then if a guy saw a complete bare leg he was excited....what a fun time those women must have had.
