    Default waxing vs shaving

    hey girls,
been waxing for 6 yrs and the last year has brought on crazy ingrown hairs on my legs. i used to shave but my leg hair grows a 5 o'clock shadow.......very quickly. therefore i turned to waxing, and it's worked great. but i get these little red bumps and i have a nasty habit of picking my legs now! it's turning into a downward spiral ahhhh! any ideas how i can get my mile-longs to be bump free?

    thanks!!

    Daily, gentle exfoliation.

Anytime you pull hairs from the roots, you're upping the chance for ingrowns. But, doing gentle daily exfoliations will help "ease" those hairs through the roots.

Lasering? I've personally always found waxing waaay too painful *yeouch!!!* so I have shaved since ever. I also however have naturally dirty blonde hair and so.....even if I have stubble you can't see it. Just feel it...yaargh.
