Hello,
I am new to stripping, pole dancing, and computers. So, if I make a mistake in any of those areas, please correct and forgive me. My girlfriend and I have decided to learn pole dancing & stripping. We have a pole, a pole tricks vidio and an exotic dance vidio. We have been practicing as well as doinig pilates and weights. We are getting better on the pole, but are having a very hard time "sitting on the pole". I am not sure if we are missing something or just have to get used to the pain on the theighs. It is frustrating the both of us, not to mention the bruising. We also need sugestions on exersizes that might help us be able to the "splits"
