You might get constipated but water pills might help but you have to keep up with your water if not more to counter act the possible discomfourt.

I always drink a TON of green tea when I feel bloated, or if I have a tummy ache I do the peppermint. I'm a huge tea advocate. There are so many good things in tea that help you.

Diurex works WONDERS!!! I take it during my period (Diurex PMS, in fact), it gets rid of ALL menstrual issues.

Before you start taking any diuretics, talk with your doctor. Make sure that whatever you are taking will not affect your blood pressure or your blood pressure medication.

I increase my fiber intake.... it works wonders.

Green tea is my favorite any time.... its keeps my tummy flat. Also since I started taking CLA I swear I've lost an inch off my tummy.

i've heard peppermint tea works well. i actually haven't heard about green tea working for bloating...though i did hear that it raises your metabolism.

diurex isn't dangerous? be careful with the diuretics...i've heard they were dangerous? perhaps i 've heard wrong.

i was reading something about avoiding carbs for 5 days leading up to a photo shoot to avoid bloating...and drinking alot of water those days...but then not having too much water the day of the shoot. i forget where i read this, though.

I think at a certain point diuretics can be dangerous my problem is crossing that fine line between safe and dangerous I am just so desperate to get this weight off.
