Anyone worked here, have a good club recommendation?
I'll only have a few nights; looking for a place where contact isn't too high (ie. one-way contact is OK, two-way contact no).
Also, is a license required?
Thanks for any info!!!

Feature costumes for sale!

Well, I'm just starting, and it's basically all the same in this area as far as pricing/contact goes. The contact is, unfortunately, going to be two-way no matter what. As to what extent, that's up to you I think, but the club known for better looking girls and less contact is Pigales in Gatineau. That's the best in the region by far. As a Newbie, I got intimidated there, so I'm starting at Barbarella's Diamonds in the byward market (Queen at Lyon St.). It has got all these signs that say "No Contact", but I know the dancers all give at least some contact in their dances. C'est la vie around here! The best clubs are Pigales, Barefax, Nuden (but lots of Hells Angels here, and other shady things the dancers mentioned, so I've avoided that one), Barbarella's, and apparently Club 77 (in Gatineau). Best of luck! Oh, and no license required. Most clubs will probably let you work straight away if you're prepared.

I found Ottawa to be a really rough place to work, I checked every club out there found that Barefax is the only one that might have been good, they expect you to call ahead weeks in advance to work there, but it looked pretty rough looking, the manager was stoned out of his mind when I walked in one night.
Barbella's is crowded with girls with regular's, though the management seemed okay.
Stay away from the Playmate club they have a high floor fee, whcih doesn't make nay sense because the club is dead and it's a total dump. The Dj is a loser, he's one of those dj's that tries to scam money from a new dancer and will try to make you do million stage shows if your new, and the manager is a jerk, the club is also in a really sketchy area of town, they also have a history with the police checking up on them often.

Ummm....check the date. Her trip to Ottawa was three years ago.
