Hello all. I have noticed that on my days off, all I want to do is sleep...and sleep...and sleep. I work about 30 hours a week (4-5 days). I am in excellent shape, I work out, take vitamins, and don't do any partying. smoking, drinking, etc. I try to get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night. And I am not preggers either. Hmmmm...
I don't get tired at the club, in fact, I feel energetic the whole time I am there. But once the stilettos come off, all I want to do is snooze, esp. on days off. Does this happen to any of you? Do you just want to sleep on your days off? Or nake naps?

. Hmmm maybe I should take a day off while my son is in school and relax at a day spa.
