I'm getting fat and I need to do something about it. I want to lose ten pounds, but I would like to do it slowly and I want to be healthy about it. I have a deep-seated loathing for exercise, but I'm willing to do it. With exercise, I have bad knees and a bad hip (thank you stripping.) As for food, I avoid dairy at all costs (lactose intolerant.) Any suggestions on a healthy diet/exercise plan?
