Dancing is wonderful training for girls, it's the first way you learn to guess what a man is going to do before he does it. ~Christopher Morley, Kitty Foyle
Oh I see, its late and I am a little slow today, sorry for making you explain. The animosity really does surprise me.

Well, this is the area which becomes absurdly ironic. In many clubs, a strict interpretation of state lewd conduct or prostitution laws makes grinding lap dances illegal ... even if the dances are done through the customer's pants and only the dancer's legs and butt are involved in the contact. But under a strict interpretation of the law, a dancer giving a grinding lap dance is guilty of the same crime and subject to the same legal penalties as another dancer who is giving HJ's, BJ's or FS ! Thus in these sort of jurisdictions (which includes all of Florida, all of New York, and lots of other states ), from a strict legal standpoint a dancer giving BJ's is not exposing the club or fellow dancers to any greater legal risk than if she were just doing a grinding lap dance. For a fact, if LE busts the club the girls doing lap dances are going to be subject to the exact same arrest and criminal charges as the girls giving BJ's ! But from a realistic standpoint this is probably not the case though, since neighborhood bible thumpers are much more likely to call for LE undercover busts based on rumors of BJ's being available versus lap dances at the club in their neighborhood.I agree that doing stuff that is illegal should be considered an extra. Girls who get the whole club busted are not good for the club, but that is clearly a management problem. If the management was allowing "extras" as defined as illegal acts, they should have the buy in of all the dancers, so everyone is willing to take the same amount of risk. But they never will do that, since they need dancers and dancers all have different comfort levels, and thus extras are different to different dancers and different custies.
Major irony #2 comes into play when girls start figuring out that by doing HJ's, BJ's and FS they can earn tremendously more money than by merely giving full contact lap dances, and then use this money to hire a top-notch attorney and actually beat/plea bargain the lewd conduct or prostitution charge. Conversely, girls who restrict their activity to full contact lap dances often don't have the thousands of dollars set aside to mount an independent legal defense, and are thus dependent on the club's attorney or a public defender. As a result, it is often the case that when a club is busted, that the 'cleaner' girls wind up being stuck with a lewd conduct or prostitution conviction, while the 'dirtier' girls plea bargain to a lesser charge or walk away being found innocent altogether on appeal !One club I worked at told all the dances it was OK to grind away, but the law in the area states that all lapdances must be performed while at least 6" away from the customer. SOOO, the police rolled in and busted seriously EVERY dancer for prostitution since she was "touching" the customer in a "sexual" manner. Now, some of these girls were going above and beyond grinding, but some were, by modern standards, very tame dancers. (I wasn't working that day, but if I were I would have been busted too.) Don't know if the local laws make a difference to anyone- they didn't to me until I found out that even the tamer girls get busted.
