Default BARTENDERS - does a customer have a chance?

I went to a SC today and the bartender was way cuter than any of the dancers... anyone ever have any success "picking up" a bartender?

Yea why is it that a lot of SC's bartenders and waitresses are hotter than a lot of the dancers.

Substituted as a bartender several times. Get real busy mixing and serving drinks.
Especially when the club goes into full swing.
Only time guys may have a chance is on off nights, when the club ain't so busy.
Guys always talk to bartenders anyway, regardless of whether the bartender is male or female. Talk should be easy but any 'pick up' is about the same as anybody else.
I got hit on but mostly ignored it.

Just because one is a janitor girl, dancer/stripper, bartender, club manager, never stopped the hounds from hounding me. If you are female and are above average looking, the hounds will prey on you. Go for it. You may get lucky.
The hounds never got anywhere with me.

hmmm, I dunno, I think I've seen some bad bartenders, and door girls. Either way, its not like she doesn't know she's working in a strip club, doesn't know guys are there to get turned on, and doesn't know a horny guy is going to say things.

Hit on her, she'll probably ignore it, or you :/

However she's no different than anyone else, there must be exceptions.

*shrug* Human nature to want what you can't have.

But they are hot. Especially the waitresses.

Harrah's Casino required female bartenders to wear makeup. Male bartenders were prohibited from wearing makeup. The Ninth Circuit found that this rule was not discriminatory because the Casino's personal appearance policy did not impose an unequal burden on woman.

Hey, I worked as a bartender, always wore light make up.
Customers asked me for gals who might do OTC, I told him this is a bar, if you want drinks, I will get you drinks, you want gals, there they are, sir, and good hunting.

But I dated. If the customers appealed to me. Otherwise..........No.

I went to work as a dancer at a club and was a dancer and was working there for a few months when I came in one evening I was told to go work with the male bartender and just watch how he would mix drinks and to help out because he was leaving.
I asked him why he was leaving, and he told me that the club was giving him all the bad shifts, and giving the female bartenders the lighter and better shifts.
But he told me that it is the ongoing trend at the clubs these days, to have more female bartenders than males.

Now, from the female bartenders view point, this is what they told me.

Bartending is NOT about how well you can mix a drink. Guess
what...bartending is about SERVICE! That's right! And guess what else, women
are much better 'IN GENERAL' at being polite and interested in their patrons
    being happy at a bar.

    In short.

    WOMEN--MAKE---BETTER----BARTENDERS--THEN MEN!!

There is also a chance, you might get lucky.
After all they want you to be happy!

Some nice barteders. Why should they refuse you, if you want to date them?
Heck, at least ask. They wouldn't bite, now would they?

I was a bartender in a SC before I was a dancer. In fact, this is how I met my husband. Actually, he is the one that encouraged me to try dancing. So, I think if you have an interest in a girl you should go for it.

For the most part, bartenders are going to be working in a stripclub because it is good money and a fun atmosphere. I think a majority of the cocktail waitresses begin working in a SC are actually interested and curious about the industry. They may be there to check out the competition and see if they think they have what it takes to be a dancer. They may discover it's not for them and they still make great money cocktailing so they stick around.

Though your advice is definatly true, approaching girls, like say the ones in the attached picture, would probably not meet you with as much hopeful optimism as you would approaching them

Best thing to do is count on time, and chit chat, and hopefully, she will come to you.

They wouldn't bite? I would make sure my STD test is current and up to date.
