I'm wondering what kind of cardio everyone does to stay in shape?
I love running and the eliptical trainer, I'm taking an aerobics class through school this fall to take off a few more lbs....

I've recently started running, but I also love the elliptical if I'm at the gym, and take a class every now and again. Cardio Striptease is my favorite! I also am getting really into pilates.
I JUST WALK AND LOTS OF IT, THAT'S BASICALLY IT,YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE HOW TONED YOU CAN GET FROM JUST PLAIN WALKING AT A MODERATE SPEED/PACE.

I do the Firm workouts and Tae Bo and Windsor Pilates to even things out.
I do Yoga and use the elliptical machine at the gym. I LOVE the elliptical. It's very low impact, and you don't have to put out a whole lot of work to get a whole lot done. I've seen awesome results from it.

I like walking on the treadmill on an incline of like 8 or more, eliptical, bikes. I cant run because its too much stress on my knee. I want some roller blades while its still nice outside.

I run, run, run & wear two sports bras to protect the breasts from the impact. This is the fastest, cheapest way to work out.
I would honestly have to say a mix of both cardio ( elliptical and running ) and weight lifting
produces the fastest results. depends on what you're after, tone and definition or mass and muscle?
Tae Bo kicks ass. It gets you in shape QUICK.

Cardioloboro Lights, LOL! Besides that, I like to ride my bike (bicycle) around the neighborhoods here, smooth roads and lots of hills!

I ride my bike (I have a road bike) about 60 miles a week and I run (if I have to)...the military forces you to stay in decent shape...I do the push ups, sit ups, run thing every other day....and I hike. LOVE to hike!
