13 hours!! Yaaargh. I think mine was yesterday too..... 5pm til 2 am. And, I am as sore as hell. My left arm is like going carpal tunnel on me haha and I am working the next 3 nights!!!!!!! At least its amateur night tonight which is always a blast.
But 13 hours? Dayum.
never more than 8, we're only open 7pm-3am.
9 hours is a normal shift here...but when college football starts and we have day games the club will be open from 4-3....soooo i may end up with an 11 hour shift or two.....we'll see.
I worked a 6pm to 5am shift one time. Banked like crazy...but I would never do that again.

8 hours twice a week. :/
At my regular (non-strip) job, 60-hour weeks are the standard minimum. I always work at least a 12-hour day and I usually go for 14-16. I have pulled a few days which were longer than 24; on one show, I averaged a 23-hour day with an hour to sleep between them.
6 hours to dance slowly and hang around chatting over drinks sounds pretty damn sweet to me!

What the S do you do, Yekhefah??

They used to do the deadly double's on fridays at an old club I worked at.
11am till 4:30 am.
17+hours straight!!!!
Usually it was just the managers and dj's who did it,but every once in awhile, some of the girls would do it.
Brutal I tells ya,I did them for years.
Great way to make money because it was two shifts of girls tipping out the dj.
we really earned it on the friday deadly double!!!

I would say I win,but a few girls here have worked those shifts with me!!!lolol
Use to work a double doorgirling on Sundays, 12pm-2am

15 hours in Reno...was so dead afterwards. Then drove my tired ass home at 3am! Never again that long and a long drive. I could have died falling asleep on the way down through the dark mountains.

Eighteen damn hours.
Went to work one afternoon as dancer. Some hours later, got switched to bartender.
When club closed, had to stay over to count money receipts and keep book.
All for just what I made when dancing, which was nearly nothing.
Went home, slept for nearly 15 hours.
After that, took shower, went right back to work.
Yeah, that's me a damn fu%%king slave!!

At my last club, I always worked 14 hours a day. 12pm till 2am. If pulled an Open Till Close now, it'd be 15? I think where Im at now is 11am till 2am.

I worked a double in DC once. Two shifts, eight hours each. You couldn't leave early.
Never again!

4pm-8am in Puerto Rico a couple times - 16 hours. For a while the club was opening at 4pm and if we had a champagne custy buying enough, we'd stay till literally WHENEVER. And after that longass shift I had to sleep, shower and drag right back in the next day for 4pm. Ugh
10-14 hours for 6 days straight during Superbowl Houston. Yeah, that fat payoff was well-earned.
In Vegas, at least 6 hours @ the Rhino, followed by 6 hours @ Paradise, for a couple of days straight, they all blended together.

Probably 12 hours; 4pm-4am at one club in Austin. Usually not really worth it. Now I'm all about the shortest shift possible. Six hours is about right for me. But four is even better!

It seems that in NYC they have the longest shifts, something like 6pm to 4am,in DC it's 8 hr shifts, but we get to work early,so it's more like 9,5 hrs.The longest shift?Probably a double on friday, got to work at 10:30 am,left at 3am.The shortest were in AZ,about 4 hrs.
For everyone that worked the long shifts, was there a huge difference in money? The reason i'm asking is I only have 2 days a week to dance and thinking about pulling doubles.
I've worked doubles... THEY SUCK! I don't even know how long but definately upwards of 12 hours. I can't do it anymore. By the second hour of the second shift I'm like "LOOK MOTHER FUCKER ARE YOU GONNA BUY A LAP DANCE OR NOT ASSHOLE?" soooo yeah I keep it to one 6 or 7 hour shift a day, five days a week.
In a black light trance, then go go dance...

16 hours- at 2 different clubs. I once knew a girl that worked 24 hours straight. I don't know if she worked that whole time but she was in the building....can't imagine
Ha that's nothing! Last year, I would pull 12 or 14 hr days ALL THE TIME!! I was a new stripper. This meant: a) I had a lotta pastdue money obligations to still catch up on(money problems were the reason I got into dancing!) b) because I was new at it, I didn't have any regulars established and I didn't have my hustling skills "down pat." Also, the club I worked at kinda sucked money-wise, esp during the day. I would be scheduled to work a 12-4pm dayshift(I was allowed to stay later, though). There'd be barely any money at all, so I felt obligated to stay all the way through the night, until 2am on more than a rare few occasions, until I had the money.
This time last year, I had a ton of bills! Right after I paid off all my credit cards up to date, I needed money for my boob job. (I was one of those sad example of a stripper who NEEDED a boob job!) Simultaneously I also had to save up money for living expenses to cover the weeks I'd be outta work for the boob job. I also had to pay an astronomical amount in legal fees(they made paying titties seem cheap!). I blatantly refused to let some stupid legal fees, caused by some a$$hole getting me into trouble, to cancel my boob job. So what I did was, I worked double shifts EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK for over a month straight, so I'd have enough money saved up. I hated doing it, and it made me absolutely hate my club afterwards, but I'm glad I did it because it was the only way I woulda been able to afford my boob job. Yeah the boob job costed a lot, but it allowed me to go to BETTER clubs afterwards and make a mint more than I was making at Wizzards! Also, it totally raised my esteem so that not only helped my money, but made me feel better while working, too.

I do 9 hours 5 nights a week now.
