VIPs is an awesome club. It is exactly what a gentlemen's club should be. And the fees are just insane.
I don't work in Chicago right now and was talking to a dancer who worked there when it was Crazy Horse. She said that her tip out was 10% on her earnings, her house fee was much lower than the current $100, and the funny money conversion was a 10% loss instead of the current 25%. When did these policies change? I lost about 1/2 of my earnings to fees, tipouts, and conversions. The dancer was able to keep about 80% of hers. Why did it have to change? Will it go back to the way it was? (I doubt it will as VIPs is one of a kind in Chicago.)
