I didnt find anything via a forum search on this, so I apologize if it has been done.
I have thin, long hair... mid-back length basically. It tries to kill me when I sleep so I usually pull it back into a loose ponytail with a soft scrunchie like this one. Even with something that soft, my hair breaks a lot during the night. I wake up looking like a bottle brush. Woe! Angst! Tips? Hairnet maybe? How hard are those to sleep in? My poor hair! It took me years to get it from this style cut (yes, I know that isnt me) to where I am now, I'd hate to ruin it!

If it's really frizzy one day, that biosilk therapy spray is the most amazing stuff I've ever come across! Spray it LIGHTLY over your dry hair, and brush. I also use biosilks shine serum and mix a few drops in my conditioner. My hair's never looked better!
