    Sad pregnancy pouch

    hey ladies
I want to persue dancing but.... I can't seem to get rid of my little pouch. the rest of me is fine I even lost 5 more pounds putting me at [email protected]'9''. I can suck it in but I don't think I can walk around like that all night long.My biggest problem is when I sit you can tell It's not flat at all.I know some of you are mothers what did you guys do?Everyone keeps telling me to wait and it will flaten. Do you think I could go to a club to audition and overcompenstate for my tummy like french mani/pedi.long hair down my back, great makeup, great outfit etc?

No one's tummy is flat when they sit. I remember seeing a pic of Kate Moss And Naomi Campbell sitting together. Kate Moss's tummy looked a bit wrinkly. If HERS looked that way, then you KNOW that anyone else's is gonna look that way, too.

The best thing to do is...
    1) Watch your diet-no junk!(Except maybe 1 day a week if you are disciplined.)
    2) Exercise 4-5 days a week, varying routines
    3) DO CRUNCHES. If you want to be toned, yo have to do the work.
    4) Pilates is GREAT because you must suck in your tummy while doing the exercises and you feel calm and amazing after you're done.
    5) Tonalin CLA (dietary supplement) helped me shed the last few lbs I needed to lose.

My tummy is in better shape now than it was prepregnancy.

A toned tummy won't happen overnight but be diligent and you'll notice a difference within a few weeks. A strong midsection will help alleviate back problems too.

You will love Pilates. The exercises tone your body, and when you are finished you are not only relaxed and de-stressed but also energized. I always felt like I had a massage done after the workouts. It helps when you have a baby because you will be feeling better overall and we all know that anything that destresses and energizes Mom is a great thing!
    Enjoy!
P.S. if the place where you take pilates offers a steam bath or shower, I highly recommend those after the workout.
