    Default Lose tummy, sav chest

I have looked up thread on this, but have not found an answer that suits me specifically. I am in good shape, eat pretty healthy( lean chicken, tuna, veggies) and everything else in moderation. I drink water alot, but have been slacking.
Anyway I am about 5"1, 117 lbs right now. I feel that I am proportionate, but still have some tummy buldge i realllly want to get rid of. The thing is, I have a natural 36 c chest that I do not want to lose. ( That why I am nervous to lose any more weight)
-My tummy is to the point now where it is flat... looks nice and slim when I am dressed....
    - ON the other hand, I always feel like I need to suck it in, and i am not confident in bearing it.
Any tips for toning it up without losing much weight?( So I can preserve my chest?)
117 lbs may seem big, but i am proportioned pretty well. My legs are very toned bc of good genes, and I do not have a problem with my arms right now. I just cant get rid of the belly fat Any advice would be appreciated.

Tonalin CLA seems to get rid of fat especially in the tummy area. Try that. And of course, do crunches and such.

I tried Tonalin once (like one single pill) and I swear my boobs shriveled up and died... They just got sucked back to my chest so much I looked like a boy. They were back to normal a few days later, so I don't know whether they really shrunk, or maybe the muscles just tightened up a lot, or I just had a bad body image day, but it freaked me out. And I felt like my abs were contracted ALL DAY and no matter what I did, I just couldn't relax them. So, despite all the other girls raving about it, I for one am not a fan.

As for the tummy bulge, I hear 'ya. I have two toddlers. I'm 5'2", 110, with a 24-25" waist but I never show my tummy because somewhow it is still gross. There's this little pocket of fat that isn't that bad, but it's split down the middle (like a fat guy's) and so it's REALLY obvious that it's there. It's so weird... Anyway, I've been using LeanSystem7 (GNC, Walmart, online, anywhere) for a few weeks now and I LOVE IT! It works like Xenadrine before they took out the ephedrine but it doesn't make me jittery or keep me awake.

I went from being a 34D for the longest time, then after I stopped nursing my daughter I lost maybe 5 pounds and my boobs shrunk overnight. I don't know what happened. So, currently sporting a small 32C, I was really hesitant to try any sort of diet because I didn't want to lose the little boobage I have left. Now that I've finally tried LS7, I'm hooked and I haven't noticed any differnce in my boobs. Oh, and the smaller your waist is, the bigger your boobs look, so that might compensate if you do lose a little.

Also, try 6 Second Abs. It's worked really well for me.

Pilates! There are certain excercise moves that target just the stomach area.

Do more abdominal work (remember to work the back muscles, as well)!

On the other hand...if you need to lose fat...you cannot lose fat in just one place. If you need to lose fat on the tummy, you're most likely going to lose some in the breasts. It's just life.

have you thought about Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS)? It's great for toning specific muscle groups like you abs. You won't losa the fat, but it will kinda spread out and the muscle will look more prominent. You have to go for treatments once a week or so, for 6 weeks to see results, and continue doing it to maintain the look.

It sounds like you're looking for spot reduction, which isn't possible through exercise or diet. It doesn't really matter if you do cardio or just situps, you will probably lose fat from your midsection, but from other places as well. People with low body fat, but with stubborn areas like yourself can try topical fatloss creams/gels. They help target fat in specific areas and typically contain caffeine that helps remove excess water. I thought they were a gimic at first, but I've used a couple brands and they actually work.

Amen. Spot reduction is a fantasy.

Pertaining to your breasts, perhaps a cost-benefit analysis is in order; is your stomach really that bad where you need to look fat at the expense of your breast size?
Idealism is fine, but as it approaches reality, the costs become prohibitive.

I have similar problems. My chest measurement fluctuates by one full inch, and my tummy rarely looks flat even though the rest of me is muscular. I think the variables for keeping breast mass are birth control pills, strong pectorals and supplements (mix & match, I like L-Glutamine.) When I make myself do some sit-ups, the tummy looks better. If you're fit enough, little actions could be enough to get what you're looking for.
