I have looked up thread on this, but have not found an answer that suits me specifically. I am in good shape, eat pretty healthy( lean chicken, tuna, veggies) and everything else in moderation. I drink water alot, but have been slacking.
Anyway I am about 5"1, 117 lbs right now. I feel that I am proportionate, but still have some tummy buldge i realllly want to get rid of. The thing is, I have a natural 36 c chest that I do not want to lose. ( That why I am nervous to lose any more weight)
-My tummy is to the point now where it is flat... looks nice and slim when I am dressed....
- ON the other hand, I always feel like I need to suck it in, and i am not confident in bearing it.
Any tips for toning it up without losing much weight?( So I can preserve my chest?)
117 lbs may seem big, but i am proportioned pretty well. My legs are very toned bc of good genes, and I do not have a problem with my arms right now. I just cant get rid of the belly fatAny advice would be appreciated.
