Sesamin has been around for about a year now. Up until about 2 weeks ago, it was only available through Avant Labs. It was also just introduced into capsule form, before you had to take it as a liquid. Basically it's a lignan that is present in Sesame oil. It is primarily used as a fat burner, antioxidant, and antiinflamatory. Studies have shown it to be several times more effective than CLA.
Right now I'm taking 1.5 grams per day, it's made by a company called Scivation. In a few weeks MAN will also be launching their Sesamin product.
Trust me, this product is something to look into. There has been a huge buzz around it ever since it was introduced last year. Now that other companies have started to produce it, you will start to hear alot more about it.

is it better than tonalin, alpha male? i'm specifically interested in helping to break up cellulite, not so much total weight loss.

Alot of people who have used CLA, fish oil, and Sesamin for fat loss, say that they saw the best results from Sesamin. Interestingly, fish oil looks to be more effective that CLA. In terms of effectiveness, I'm talking about fat loss and fat prevention. I'm kinda iffy on CLA, I've read more negative responses to it than positive ones. For CLA to be effective, you probably need to take in higher dosages.
Now is Sesamin helpful at breaking up cellulite? I would say yes, but it wont just target your specific areas, you'll see an overall fat loss.
For those interested in more "scientific" info on Sesamin, check out this article that was written by the company that introduced it:

Just to be informative here, Tonalin CLA has many health properties. It's been shown to helop lower cholesterol and stave off cancer, among other things (like getting rid of celulite, which men don't get). It should be prevalent in our diet through normal food consumption, but since they have mucked with the upbringing of the animals that supply these foods, we aren't getting it naturally. So it's just a good all-around supplement. But the Sesathin looks good as well. Whatever works for you...

alpha male, i'm very worried about taking one of these products because they are meant to help with weight loss, and i don't want to lose weight in my boobs! of course, breasts are pretty much entirely fat, but is there any one of these that will give me the best chance of keeping my chest, or is it just a luck of the draw thing? you seem to know so much about these products!

Not sure on the scientific name for sesamin, but here is a more detailed look at what it does on a molecular level:

Sesamin is a lignan isolated from sesame seeds. A lignan is a molecule that combines with another entity acting as an "activator." In the case of sesamin, it binds to and activates a receptor called Peroxisome Proliferator-Activator Receptor Alpha (PPARalpha). PPARalpha is highly expressed in muscle, the liver, kidneys, and heart and is involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism, specifically the transcription of the genes involved in the beta-oxidation (burning) of fatty acids and lipogenesis. PPARalpha activation by sesamin increases fat oxidation in mitochondria and peroxisomes by increasing the expression of enzymes involved in beta-oxidation of fatty acids.

It kind of a catch 22 for fatloss products, when you the lose fat, it will be an overall effect, so you will lose fat around the waist but also in your breasts. The only thing you can try for spot reduction would be a topical fat loss cream.
