Default Preventing Dizziness During Pole Tricks

I was wondering if any of you ladies have any tips on how to prevent dizziness while preforming pole tricks.

    Thanks,

Do one trick in one direction, then the next trick in the opposite direction. I never get dizzy that way...I don't know why it works, but at least it works for me.

    ^ Good tip!

Close your eyes ONLY when it's safe. Yep, those roller-bearing poles can give you vertigo! LOL!

I always pause of a second to regain my balance. Just stopping in a sexy pose for a second before I move on to the next trick

Don't drink at work. Drink water.
After the trick I either pause in a sexy pose for a second or I somehow slide my way down the pole and lay on the floor for a second or 2 until I regain my coomposure. Then move slowly afterwards.
I never try to walk in my 7" heels after a pole trick. That is a recipe for disaster!

Slow to a stop and hold the trick before starting anything else. I kinda like the dizzy feeling, so I make myself dizzy, hold the pose, and dreamily smile and eye flirt with my customers. They think I am getting all dewy eyed at them... when I am actually just enjoying the free high I got from being dizzy!
