Went up twenty cents overnight, then another dime increase at the end of the day.

    $3.75 just outside Boston.

Have you left the house today? A lot of gas stations have run out of gas. most places are around 3 bucks for regular. It makes me sad a little.

^Er.. Yep.. I passed by the Circle K earlier when we went out.. That was the $2.49. And the other gas station we passed on the way to the new place was $2.43. I wouldn't quote them if I didn't see them for myself.

As of yesterday gas in most of Indiana was $3.50 for regular unleaded. This was an NINETY-CENT INCREASE from the day before. Complaints are already being filed with the Attorney General's Office for "Price Gouging".

Right now in the Knoxville area it is $3.10 a gallon for regular unleaded. We are also starting to see alot more of the evacuated people from the south.

haven't seen the prices today but yesterday they were anywhere from $2.99 to $3.19 a gallon. Heard that there was going to be a .40-.50 cent raise overnight. There has been alot of price gouging her too, one station had the gas at 3.08 and right across the street it was 3.30.

    It's $3.59 a gallon here.

This is getting more than a little ridiculous. Someone needs to do something.

On my Comcast welcome page today they had pictures of a gas station somewhere in Georgia. Ready? $5.89 a gallon, regular unleaded. No Shit. They had a woman on the news here yesterday who was waiting in line for gas when the attendant came out and raised prices...while she was waiting. The average seems to be about 2.85-ish around here, but I saw all the way up to 3.34 yesterday while out and about.

It's around 2.70-2.92 here. Not that bad, but still way too much realistically. I just feel bad for the ones that have to pay in some cases 5 dollars or more! That's just too ridiculous and something....ANYTHING needs to change, pronto. People aren't going to stand for this.

My Husband just called me. He had a conference call at work, and his boss instructed all the stores to gas up all the trucks and purchase gas cap locks. He advised them to do the same with their own personal vehicles. It seems it's expected that Memphis will run out of gas in the next couple of days. Nice. The locks are for security, of course.

It's probably advisable that all of you do the same.
