Default Time for Shampoo/Conditioner Recommendations Again!

I'm all out of stuff. I bought the Biosilk Fruit Cocktail shampoo today, heard that the conditioner is good but I still have some Feria conditioner left from my hair color box. That stuff is also good, and its already paid for since its in a big tube with the hair dye.

My hair is colored and long, half of it fine and straight (my own) and the other half medium thickness and wavy if not straightened (the 'stentions hehe).

Beauty genius help!!! What's the BEST shampoo/conditioner combo that isn't too heavy but gives good moisture?

The New Dove line of shampoos and conditioners- my sister raves about them and she has long thick fine hair. She also uses Garnier & Pantene products- she claims hair can get "used" to a shampoo brand, which cracks me up.
(I use the 99 cent bottle of Suave.)

Biolage is my favorite for moisture without weighing down long hair. I hear that a conditioner that is too moisterizing can make color fade from your hair more quickly though.

I alternate K-Pak and Biolage and only use conditioner everyother time I shampoo. Lovvvve k-pak but my hair needs the difference every so often.

I love the Aveda products. But Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny daily shampoo and conditioner worked wonders for me too. If your hair tends to be on the dryer side and frizz out slightly, go with the latter, and use SuperSexyHair frizz eliminator also. Great combo!

Jonathan Antin's Moisturizing Theory Shampoo & Conditioner. It's a bit expensive, but well worth it.

I rotate that occassionally with aussie moist line of shampoo/conditioner to keep my hair from getting heavy with product build up.

I've tried all kinds of different brands,a lot of designer ones, too while doing hair shows, but the best one for me turned out the cheap stuff,Garnier Fructis.I have very long very fine hair and use shampoo and cond in one followed by conditioner, them a light leave-in conditioner and then Garnier XXXL sray for volume and finish with a shining serum. No blow drying or hairspray, hair is silky, very shiny and holds the style.

    Good luck!

I'd like to try this stuff but it's been out of stock for awhile now on sephora.com.

    Totally a Dove girl here.

But if you want a super awesome deep conditioning pack try Melinna Mud. You can get it a Sally and it SOOOO rocks.

I'm a huge loreal Vive fan. Usually I stick to the bottles with the green bands, (the citrus shiney stuff for normal everyday use) but sometimes I used the ones with the ornage bands (for dry/damaged hair). I have been using the Vive in the red bottle with Highlight protection. That stuff works really well.

Yeah, they're having a real problem meeting demand. It took forever for Sephora to get Dirt back in stock. You can forget about QVC, they've had a wait list set up for months now. The only other place you can try is ebay.

I use Pantene Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner or L'oreal Color Vive Shampoo and Conditioner for Color Treated Hair. I always leave the conditoner on for about 3 minutes so it can soak into the hair better.

I like the L'oreal Vive line for dry damaged hair. Dry Defense in the tube is a really good 3 min treatment. It is for color-treated and highlighted hair.

I do agree too that loreal vive is pretty damn good for being so cheap!
