    Customer Attire

First time poster here, and I'm confused.

My question deals with what kind of pants you dancers like and don't like your customers to wear when you're giving a lap dance. I did a search and came up with some old threads where the topic was mentioned, but I could only find a reference here and a reference there, and those were very divergent.

I generally go to clubs in the Baltimore area, and the dancers all seem to like it better when I wear my smooth, satiny warmup pants. Jeans, I've been told, chafe. And big belt buckles are out. I've also been in clubs (I remember one in Pittsburgh) where the dancers lay a piece of material over your lap before lapping. But at least three dancers in those old threads seemed to think that if I wear those satiny-type pants (even if I wear regular cotton boxers underneath), I'm only looking to get off. No. I just want something that is a little less rough on the lady's skin. Makes it better for both of us, doesn't it?

So, I guess I'm looking for more input than what I found in those old threads. I was pleased to discover a wealth of information on this site that will make me a better customer (I also found out that I'm a pretty damn good customer right now, thank you), and thus quite possibly get more attention the next time I go to a club.

Thanks for any new information you girls can give me. I appreciate it.

From my experience I like it when guys wear:
    dress pants
    khakis
both feel nice and soft on my bum and make me give great dances for longer. When they get a woody it doesnt poke me in the butt.
    Dont like:
    jeans
    boxers
    basketball shorts
    "swishy" pants
    dirty anything

I dont think I have to say much about the above. hehe

    jokingly, no Zumba pants lol

Eww...I think I would go insane if someone wore a pair of "swishy" pants! I can't even stand it when I have a pair of those on! *Swish, swish...swish, swish...*

I always enjoy wearing dress pants or khakis to SC's... but have you ever tried getting makeup or lipstick stains out of light colored pants? It's almost as hard as explaining a makeup stain there! Oh well... I suppose it's the "curse" of a damn good lapdance.

Perhaps I'll just set aside a pair of pants that I only wear to the SC... that way I'll have a good heirloom and great memories... but then I'll probably want to be buried in them.

There have been many, many threads on this topic before. If you do a search, you should find plenty of information.

I used to work in Baltimore too and I, like most dancers I know, go for pants like khakis. They're tidy and the fabric is smooth without being pervy.

Yea and no long johns either!!

^^I prefer the kind of boxers that if they spring one a little to hard that I can pierce my stiletto through.

Just clean peoples clean clothes matter soooo much! No construction clothes, or ones with paint on them, or ones that havent been washed since Y2K. Clean...

I don't like the warm up pants. But maybe that's just due to the kind of people around here that wear them. Or sweat pants either!

As long as it's clean I'm not too picky.

Jeans are fine with me. My butt is usually as cold as a butterball turkey, so lapping for a guy with jeans on causes friction which keeps my booty nice and warm, lol.

But no belt buckles, or broken zippers!

i'm happy as long as their pants are clean!

one thing i hate though, is pants that have sharp things sticking out (like kitana said, broken zippers or belt buckles), or velcro, or anything that can catch and tear stockings or delicate outfits.

I'm fine with your 'swishy' pants. The minute you start bucking, we're done. 99% of the time 'swishy' pants = bad news.
Basketball shorts too. 99% of the time, the basketball shorts guy tries to pull his dick out on me. Then quietly tucks it back in after I tell him, I can touch it for him, as I rip it off.
Throw some Bounce in with your next load. Ahhh laundry smell, and soft too! We might fall in love.

I don't really like jeans but I'll deal with them. I do stay away from guys wearing "strip club shorts" (the short shorts that guys wear because when you grind on them theres no way for the shorts to stay over the penis)

My fave taught me not to wear jeans. I usually wear soft khakis or fleece sweat pants. I felt soooo awkward when my fave told me to wear sweats. So, I bit the bullet and wore black fleece sweats. She was still going long after the dance was over because she loved the feel of them. I felt like a perv, but then again I'm a girl. I just don't feelright being in a very public place with beautiful girls wearing sweats.

And a smooth Pima cotton button-down shirt. Favorite dancer line: "I feel comfortable doing stuff with you cuz you always look nice." Sometimes I think dancers and bouncers assign a perv rating based on a guy's appearance walking through the door.

I agree SW2. Who would want to dance for some guy in short trashbag shorts and an ity-bitty un-buttoned shirt? Icky.

I must be in the minority; I prefer jeans. Thicker, more material, more of a barrier. And I can get more frisky without feeling like I'm going to sit in a wet spot. The other day I gave a dance to a businessman in khakis and he sprang this enormous boner - felt REALLY weird to rub against it. I suppose I'm just not used to that yet.

As a customer I have noticed when I wear nice tightnit slacks and a sueded shirt, I have always gotten comments on how good they feel. I look nice and this draws nice dancers too me and have had wonderful evenings.

Nice clothes start the evening or afternoons off right. BTW being freshly shaven helps also (I always shave just before I go).

Ok from my experience, loose "swishy" pants and basketball shorts (aside from looking sloppy to me) have a tendency to scoot around and let a boner go all willy nilly. So wear snug underwear if you must wear pants like that, I hate "chasing" the boner around if I want to give it any dance attention. I do prefen dress slacks to jeans. Also, please take pokey things out of your pockets.

    Agreed.

That said, nylon running pants and sweatpants just scream raincoater.

You and I are in the same boat. I would rather dance for someone in jeans too. I don't feel (shivers) the "hardness" as much if a custy wears jeans.

Thank you for all of your input. I'm putting the "swishies" away (even though I liked them and am NOT a raincoater, thank you - lol), and will wear a pair of soft khakis on my trip to Baltimore late next week.

    I appreciate all the responses!

That's what's weird. I don't mind feeling a hard bulge; in most cases I rather like it because it lets me know, with reasonable certainty, that I'm doing a good job. And yes, a lot of the time it turns me on. I have a regular career I make my living at; I dance because I LIKE it. And I love giving a hot, steamy lap dance. But with those flimsy pants, it doesn't even feel like "hardness." It just feels like a penis through pants, and that was a weird experience for me. I suppose I'll get used to it.

I didn't mind it really, it was just weird. I even let that guy fondle my breast and I don't normally do that in a topless dance (usually I allow it in the more expensive nude dance if he tipped, and he can fondle them all he likes in VIP). By the end of that dance, his hair was standing on end and it took him two songs of sitting there cooling off before he could stand up to walk out of the dance area. Totally made my day.

I hardly think wearing khakis makes one a nerd

That said, for lapdancing I generally prefer khakis / nice slacks or jeans (if the zippers work properly and aren't so tight-fitting the zipper won't stay down, ugh).

I have one custy who's a bit of a fetish freak and loves to wear wilder attire - the other night he wore this one pair of pants that are sorta slack-like but made of some odd satiny material that almost feels like really soft leather. I told him he should make those his Designated Strip Club Pants, and that in fact, all guys should adopt them as part of their SC Uniform. Those were the nicest-feeling pants I've ever rubbed my ass on! Nice and soft and smooth and warm - holy crap I wanted to rub on them all friggin NIGHT!

Someone needs to figure out what brand of pants these are and/or what material they're made of. They sound like an outstanding investment to me!

BTW, I'm a serious nerd and damn proud. I figure my money spends as well as any "hip" guy's.
