can anyone help me with this!!!!
i have been working out for 6 months now, i have a great high and tight butt , have lost 10 pounds on the scale and 4 inchs on the tape measure. i eat right with lots of protein and run and use the stairmaster 5 times a week and do ab workouts twice a week.
yet, i still have problems with my abs and my thighs. my back and inner thighs have very little muscle and look like jello which is really weird with a rock hard butt. i use to have a wide flabby tummy with no ab muscle at all. now i can feel a thick layer of hard muscle but it is covered by an equally thick lyer of fat over the center. its like some one has grabbed all of the fat i have on my stomach lifted it, put perfect abs under it, squished the fat together and layed it right over the center of my abdomen. has anyone had this problem before?
please give me any advice that you can!!!! i'm desparate!!!!!![]()

it's not super out of control size wise,it just looks wierd!!!!
I agree with SloppyJoe, that was a workout...
