    Default wanna gain weight...

    You don't hear that too often....
    Anyways...I am 5'10" and 153 lbs. I wouldn't mind gaining like 10 more pounds just to thicken up..I need the breasts and i want more booty, but in order to keep the love handles, i workout and try to stay toned. It's so hard to gain weight...do you girls have any ideas? I don't like pills and stuff like that.

    I ALWAYS stop at mcdonalds on the way home from the gym to make up for calories lost with a spicy chicken, med. fries, and hot fudge sundae. In fact, i wonder if they r open now....

    Weight lifting. More protein.

    Yea something like that. I still want stay thick in my butt and boobs thats y i eat junk food, but i need to get healthier. *not thinking straight now* Thanx girls for putting up with me. Does anybody else know what Im trying to do?????

    What VG said--more protein, preferrably lean protein (soy).

    1.5 Grams of protien for each pound of body weight to maintain weight. So I would do about 2 grams per body pound. Good complex carbs like sweet potatoes, oatmeal,nuts. Eat 6 small meals day. Lift weights (increasing weight over time instead of reps). Protein bars and shakes. Less cardio.

    The fun way- booze daily (like rum & Coke or a beer) candy, chocolate, butter and beef. Oh, and heavy dairy, like cheese and cream. I am so envious!

    Xiomara, it would look so much better if instead of eating junk food, you at protein and hit the weights on your legs really hard. That way you will be thick, but a GOOD thick...you and I both know there is a difference :0 )

    I want to gain weight! (mostly fat in my ass,thight,breasts) But i want to keep my Stomach down. But it is kinda hard if i am eating alot and all the food goes straight to my stomach!!! So What should i do? Should I do situps right after I eat? Or should I wait to do the sit ups after I eat? or should i do them before and after I eat? Any help?
