In my case I'll notice in 24 hours or thereabouts.
Are you trying to determine what might be causing a problem? The best way, I think, is to use the elimination diet as outlined in "Eat Right For Your Type". It takes about 2 weeks and makes it really easy to see what, if anything food-wise, is causing problems. I am not talking about actually going on the blood type diet, though; just the elimination phase.

Depends upon how sensitive you are. Sometimes within minutes...other times within hours.
What's going on?

Venus--Nothing exciting, really. I have breen tracking when I eat something that might cause a breakout, and also the # of new zits I get each day. This week, I got 9 new lesions in 2 days!!!!! So now I have been trying to figure out where the problem lies. OR more to the point, I am trying to eliminate by beloved MR. Submarine french fries from the suspect list.

LOL...well, I would say that the fries are the culprit. When I eat anything oily, I usually wake up the next day with a zit or two (I'm talking about the hydrogenated oils...not the natural oils like Flaxseed or Olive oil).
