Default Dancer falling asleep in the vip room

Whenever I come to a club I spend most of the time with a girl. I bought a couple of dances the first night I met her but since then we spent most of the time talking. I alway tip her on stage and give her sometimes some money when she sits a long time with me at the bar. I understand that she is working and I want to bring her something. She told me she likes me.

The last time I went to the club she had a lot to drink, seemed very unhappy and was cold (shivering). I beleive she was getting sick. She asked me if I wanted to take her to the vip room and I say yes because I felt that she wanted to ecsape the environmnent.

As soon as we got in the room she felt asleep. I found myself shouldering her and warming her for one hour.

Did she want to get me in the vip room for money?

Are there places in the club where the girls can go for a one hour power nap?

    Your thoughs...

You got MAJORLY taken advantage of - seems like you're a nice guy and she exploited that and made money off of it. Not cool. I wouldn't spend any money on that dancer anymore if I were you. She may have just been having a bad night, but it was wrong for her to take you to VIP and fall asleep!

um.... yea, seriously.... maybe she wanted your company and felt really tired/sick. IT HAPPENS. I also dont know too many dancers that feel comfortable falling asleep on someone's shoulder. Hopefully she wasn't strung out.

That room is probably the only way for her to get a rest from the strip club enviroment and you are a nice guy for allowing that.

When you see her again, just ask her what happened? I am sure it wont happen again and she probably feels silly. If she doesn't feel stupid, then that is your warning that something weird is going on.

I PERSONALLY DONT THINK you were taken advantage of. If she asked for a 1k loan and skipped out, well yea thats more like it.

hmmm that's pretty weird! i guess you could refuse to pay in that situation, if you talked to the manager.
she could go in the dressing room to take a nap at some places, ours doesnt have any couches or anything, most i've been to dont, but the one i'm at now is carpeted and girls will lay down a towel or some bring in a blanket and they sit back there when it's slow, i could see taking a nap back there.
did she want u in vip for money? um, yeah! lol but she shoulda stayed awake and earned it like she's supposed to...
that sucks! what'd she say when she woke up? did u pay her?

She may have been really sick...maybe she is anemic or diabetic. Did she ask for money or did you just give it to her? If she was cold like that she may be diabetic and not even know it...although I would stop giving her money for hanging out with you...a tip on the stage is one thing, buying a drink another....but giving money to someone to be your friend...think about it...she may be at work but it is her decision to sit with you...does she like you or your money?

    lol

If i had to guess,i would guess two ways...

#1.(and the likely case IMO)You got took. She was trashed, not sick, and passed out on you.It happens.

You should have gotten up the moment you figured out she was asleep.

If you dont, then you owe her for every song, you made the decision to stay and play the "spoon",she gets paid for her time.

Your paying for her time,if sleeping isnt what you want, walk away, pay for the songs you stayed.

If you stay, you pay,and you wont get past me to the door till you do.

    ( I warn you now,a "Noogie"with a wireless microphone hurts,and leaves marks)

    Or....

    #2.She said she wanted you.
This could be a girl who works this job, going to school, and is supporting a kid or two alone.
She may just need someone she thinks is safe to "spoon"her so she can catch a nap.

Did she ask for money for the hour???

Sometimes, the best company a man can spend with a woman,is when she is sleeping.

Stand and protect, let mother earth rest, there is no higher role upon man under nature IMO.

If she asked for money is the question.

But dam, even that has two options.......

1.did she ask for the whole hour.
2.did she ask for enough to pay the house cut of that hour and thats it.(cause she didnt have it,cause she was sleeping and not working)

Both answers mean something different to me,just as both option i mentioned.

I guess it all depends on how ya look at it.

One thing is clear though, and thats the answer to your question.

No,most clubs dont have a power nap area, thats not why girls come to work.

I think that my fellow dancers should stop selling out dancers on here that are making money hussling . I know this is a forum about giving advice and its good advice ( yeah she taking advantage ) but we are all struggling to make money and I know there are more honest ways to hussle than this girl did but we are taking money from each other by giving inside opinions to customers .

I dont like it when girls sell other girls out when they dont know all the facts either.

He is her regular. He has probably seen her a fair amount of times. If she was trying to manipulate him out of money i think it would have happened already.

Thanks you all for your replies.
The opinions are different which makes the information even more relevant.
A strip club is a physically demanding environment to work in. It can ruin the health (and maybe the life) of a girl and I am wondering if at the end there is a real pay off.
This girl was worn out, unhappy, tired and deeply disgussed.
I feel that was nice for me to offer her this break. Money is not everything in life.

I do not beleive I was taken advantage of because:

    - she would not have taken the risk to do what she did (I could have called the Floor Manager and put her in serious trouble. Dancers are fired for less than that)
    - girls do not fall asleep in the arms of a guy they do not have some consideration for

She might have demonstrated somekind of thrust.

Dancers deserve this kind of attention as any other women do.

I'm a bit confused as to what exactly happened (although I see the OP edited his post this morning). Did you pay her for the VIP hour prior to passing out?

Usually, that's what VIP rooms are for.

So if one is struggling to make money, that makes unethical behavior equating to borderline theft okay? Have you perhaps considered one reasons this business is in decline is because those of us who make your income possible are sick of running into girls who do stuff like this?

i've talked to her about it. i think it's a good thing.

before i talk to her about it. thought i might of been making her uncomfortable or nerveous or she just didn't feel upto it.

I alway tip her on stage and give her sometimes some money when she sits a long time with me at the bar. I understand that she is working and I want to bring her something. She told me she likes me.
First mistake--you believed her words rather than her actions. When a dancer actually exhibits interest in you beyond that of a customer/dancer relationship, all ambiguity and doubt is removed from the equation entirely. Dancers are like that.

The last time I went to the club she had a lot to drink, seemed very unhappy and was cold (shivering). I beleive she was getting sick. She asked me if I wanted to take her to the vip room and I say yes because I felt that she wanted to ecsape the environmnent.
Second mistake--you made an economic decision based on what you thought she wanted instead of what you wanted and despite your instincts telling you otherwise. If you thought she was sick, why the hell would you go in a VIP room with her?

As soon as we got in the room she felt asleep. I found myself shouldering her and warming her for one hour.
Third mistake--you didn't extract yourself from a situation where you were clearly being manipulated and exploited, and you knew it the whole time.

Did she want to get me in the vip room for money?
Is water wet? Does the earth revolve around the sun? Can a stripper smell a PL like a plumber smells a broken sewer line?

Your strip club-attendance license is hereby indefinitely revoked for failure to keep expectations in line with the reality of the club and aggravated PLdom, both felony SCJ offenses.

    She wasn't hustling--she was stealing.

I can't imagine why strippers get a bad rap so often. I mean, why would that reputation be allowed to proliferate amongst customers and civilians alike? I just have no idea...but what do I know--I'm just a fat, balding, toothlessly slobbering PL.

Hi! First off all I think you are such a nice guy! I wish you were my reg. customer! Anyway, I don`t think that you got taken advantage of at all! She was obviously very sick and I am sure that this does not happen all the time? She probably feels stupid after that! And obviously feels comfortable with you and that is why she fell asleep on your shoulder! There are customers that I feel safe and comfortable with and don`t mind spending ALOT of time with and there are customers that I loathe and I want to get in there and get out and make my $. You seem like someone I`d spend alot of time with!

^ Awwww...TFD. Don't be like that; you haven't encountered me just yet. November, I hope. Besides, you can get over on me anytime you like, pretty lady. Or under me, for that matter.

Look, the girl exploited him, plain and simple. It may not have been overtly malicious, but she played him nonetheless and not in an ethical fashion either. And what's worse, he was a party to the playing and doesn't even know it!

I have no issue with girls hustling customers--even the best of us get played on occasion (I'm still stinging from a particularly painful PL moment last month myself)--because that's part of the game in the club and both customers and dancers know this (though dancers know it much better). What's not part of the game are dancers that have no interest in actually providing the service for which they're being paid. That's what I'm talking about with regard to the negative reputation that dancers have to deal with, as frequently inaccurate as those views may be. Someone missed my sarcasm dosing, perhaps?

We're all PLs sometimes--it's a recreational hazard of the hobby--but this guy has convinced himself that his quintessential SC Savior routine was genuinely appreciated by the dancer in question when in fact she was merely ATMing him with no intention of actually doing anything for the money.

How does anyone see this any other way?

Very interesting thread. SCs are such special places, don't you think? Where else can you have open disagreements where both sides are right?

In my reading of his comments, this customer was clearly happy with the experience. By that definition alone, he was not ripped off. He appears to have a major psychological rescue dynamic going on and perhaps because of that seems pleased with the outcome. Some guys really like that. Paid money, walked out happier. Good SC outcome.

    OK, now the flip side.

The reason CO is right is that the guy is getting PL'd in a very major way. If the guy goes into rescue mode strictly because the dancer "said she liked me," the hustle is pushing emotional buttons that a newbie may not understand or be able to control. Today he feels good, but on his next visit he may be in for an unhappy surprise. So if nothing else, CO's comments are valuable advice to keep his eyes open.

The VIP room at my club is filled with gals recieving massages, and getting paid for it! There are also certain "uppity" dancers who just refuse (or think they're above such a 'task') and sit doing nothing, to idle conversing....I think if this gal is not a regular "sleeper" one should take it as a compliment--we are not robots--she felt comfortable enough to "sleep" with you (hee hee) and as long as she didn't expect a tip then I would say she may be going through some tough times and or was trully ill.

Everyone has a different opinion as to what is fun in a strip club enviroment. Many guys love to "rescue" damsels in distress, that is why the girls who are always whining about not having enough money for tution or whatever get paid fat checks from their "rescuers". The customers who pay them feel good aobut helping out a young woman, and the dancer (probably) feels grateful to the customer for covering her bills for her.

I work with one girl in particular that this is her whole M.O. I just look at it as another form of hustle, and if the customer is happy with the expiereince, what difference does it make?

My opinion is,if the guy wanted to pay to take a nap with a dancer, then that would be alright. If staying awake while she was sleeping was his "fantasy" perse, then that's a completely different scenario.

    Corcorico,

I hope that you don't feel taken advantage of. There really isn't any place in most clubs to take a "power nap" and I bet that she had planned to spend the hour entertaining you and then just got sick & had to sleep.

There's a million things that could have been going on with her (medically) based on the symptoms you describe. I'm often cold to the touch and its because I have low blood pressure. If I don't eat enough or sleep enough I can definately get to the point of just passing out. It almost happened to me on Wed. actually (at my day job). Honestly, in order for me to fall asleep with anyone (customer, or someone I'm dating) I have to be EXTREMELY comfortable with them. So I hope you take it as a compliment. She must trust you. That's huge.

If you don't feel like spending your money to watch her sleep then just make it clear to her next time you see her. But I agree with the other girls that said she probably felt bad or embarrassed. That's how I would have felt. I don't want you or any customer to feel taken advantage of...but I just hope you know that if I were to fall asleep with a customer it would have to be a special customer.

Clubs are loud, high-energy places. I think something has to be wrong (illness, extreme exhaustion, abuse problems) for anyone to fall asleep on a shift. It's not really a "nap-friendly" environment. If she seriously fell asleep, it probably wasn't some kind of diabolical hustle-maneuver...

I mean, I always feel like I won a bonus round in a video game when I get a super-drunk customer who passes out on me in the VIP (almost always a random bachelor-party casualty). Damn right I let them sleep through all the song breaks and collect afterwards. But it's never occurred to me to catch a few extra Z's at the customer's expense. That's so bizarre and uncalled-for that I doubt it was some genius hustle.

Make sure this girl doesn't have a drug problem. I mean... shivering, inappropriate sleeping, general neediness... it sounds kinda "red flag" to me.
