    Arrow Anger Management

I am posting here because everyone usually offers really great advice and I could definielty use some.
Last night, something happened that really pissed me off. After the last girl came off stage, the dj announced that we were closed and asked that everyone please be on their way to the exits. Then he decided for some unknown reason to play a song, well this is were there confusion began. The stage was shut down, all the girls were headed towards the dressing room. The bouncers began telling people we are closed, thanks for coming, but everyone has to go now. Well one of the bouncers heads towards a table of three gentleman and lets them know they need to be on there way out. Well, one of them says " what if I dont?"... next thing we know, our bouncer grabs him by the throat (WTF?), punches him in the head several times, throws him on the ground and then kicks him in the ass. Okay...push pause, the customer smarted off okay, so what it happens all the time in this industry, can anyone explain to me what part of any of that was neccessary... cause myself and several of the other girls are thinking none.
What makes the whole scenario worse is that we still had at least 30 customers in the club when this incident occured. There were several "WTF's" and "damn's" echoing within the room in unison.
I want this guy gone, period. I think he is a risk to himself, the staff, the customers as well as our business. There were many new faces within the club last night, and first impressions can sometimes be the last one. My biggest fear is that he going to act out like that again, and the victim is going out to their vehicle come back in and shoot at him, but the bullet will miss and hit an innocent bystandered and the club will have to explain to somebody's family why the one they love will no longer be coming home.
Has anyone ever had a bouncer or staff member will with anger control issues? How was it handled, another girl and I intend to approach the owner (if the bouncer wasnt terminated) and explain how uncomfortable this situation was for everyone? Any advice would be depply appreciated.

Sounds like roid rage. (Steroids.) I for one like the bouncers manhandling bad custies but it sounds like this guy went too far. I'm sure management already heard about it.

There was a member of management present when the scenario took place, however it doesnt appear she intends on taking any action against him. Which is why several of us were thinking we should voice our issue with this up the ladder.
Please do not misunderstand this guy is great when it comes to tossing out handsy/unruly customers, however saying that he overstepped his boundries would be and understatement in this case. ::Sighs:: Sadly this has happened more than once. I just keep thinking what is it going to take before they realize that it might be time to let this guy go?

It'll take a lawsuit or bullets before they deal with the guy. Just stay out of his way and warn your regulars about him.

There is hope after all. The so-called bouncer was fired and is not allowed on the premises for 5 years. Justice has been served.

Someone should also tell the DJ to end all music once the club is officially closed. Music off, lights on, no confusion. Not that I feel the extra song is responsible for this incident.

My vote was for "Meth Meltdown." To-may-to, to-mah-to. This dude needs to be fired.

wow . I dont think there was any need for all that. That happend at my club once. That bouncer was fired and the guy got a few free drinks the next time he came in. I hate it when that stuff happens.
