just got a few promo only in,some good stuff on them....
crazy-simple plan
dont like it much, but its climbing the charts, might want to give it a listen in case ya gotta dance to it.I think it sucks, but MTV and clear channel radio doesnt, that means the custies are going to be force fed this song till they like it,so were gonna hear it at work.lol
More then words-frankie J
Remake of extream song that was a huge rock/alt hit a few years ago.Not a bad remake, just not a really good one imo.Its probably going to be a top 10,if not top 5 hit,so you want to at least give it a listen, its going to be huge.(gack, gonna piss me off if it hits top 3,but it could)
Unwritten-natasha bedingfield
follow up release for "these words"(these words is being used to death right now in my area for stage)It starts out as a mid tempo 100 BPM song, then goes into happy people music sounding like ashly simpsonish.I like this song alot,i think it would work great for stage. Its all power to the chics kinda music and its kinda ok.I wont say its great,i think a dj remix is in order to erase the rough edges to better suit my tase and show.
But its good.lolol good feel good sound.
BEST NEW ALT/rock SONG OF THE MONTH!!!!!!!!!
Wow this is good shit here ladies!!!!
its like celtic/scottish "Creed".
wow!
freekin love it!Gonna be great for stage!!!!
will try to find out more about this band before you do and give info,we ALL will know who it is soon, thats how good this chit is!
The great divide-Scott Stapp
never freekin heard of him before!get this song ladies for your current rock sets!I cant tell ya anything about the guy!Its like seven nations meets Creed, just great sound and perfect for a slow to mid tempo rock song.
youll think of me-kieth urban
ehhhh, they did a "hot remix"of this song,it was perfect before, the remix crosses the line and is kinda ok for clubs that dont do country. This could almost be called light rock.very sexy, good song,ya want to at least give it a listen because its so hot on the country charts.Might make you money depending on the club.
run it-chris brown
its an ok r/b.female singing(till the rapper cuts in)kinda song.good mid tempo beat, easy to dance to,might hit on the charts, probably wont be big,but is good if you JUST gotta have something easy to dance to and new.
Girl next door-Saving Jane
ehhhhh good song,"stageable"im sure.its 122 bpm but comes in with a mid tempo beat for the pop rock girls.
If its lovin that you want-Rihanna
follow up to a huge stage song, still being played daily in our area, sometimes twice a night, pon dey replay, its no where near as good imo. But,its got this catchy "de de dadde day"loop in it that might catch public and may(i doubt it)do well on the charts. Its an easy song to dance to,might as well dance to it now,it probably wont be around tomorrow.Good for the "crunk"in need dancers.
Your body-pretty ricky
man this song sucks, but its going to be HUGE for the mid tempo r/b dancers, and thats givin a few bpms, its slow r/b imo,but if your working a club that plays r/b,your GOING to hear thi9s song, might as well be the first one to use it.
do you want to-franz ferdinand
ehhhh again, just ok for the alt dancers. It wont be around long, but it may hit mainstream.I dont like it,a few of my girls do.
my humps-the black eyed peas
already being played to freekin death right now,2-3 times a night minimum.perfect stage song, would even rate it as the best "peas"for strippers so far.Im tired of it cause i hear 2-3 times a night at work, and at least once driving in and once driving home on the radio, and now its my kids fav song.
i cant escape it.
Its to good for stage!
If its not in your sets,it prob should be if you do r/b dance stuff right now.
This one will be here for awhile, use it while it last.
I give it 4 outta 5 MnM's for stage.![]()
got a few more gems...
