Default Best NY Club for newbie?

    Hey all,

I tried my first time ever at paradise club in midtown.
    it was atrocious.

Any suggestions on a better club for a petite african american dancer?
I'd prefer one where I dont have to get guys to buy a lot of drinks.

    Thanks in advance

    Rayne

I don't know what boro u live in or what ur style is, considering Paradise is one of the more dumpy clubs in the city. Nicer city clubs Penthouse, Flash, or Scores...........

U might do well at the Golden Lady in the Bronx (I've never been but I met this badass looking lesbian black girl who aparently banks there.) I personally wouldn't do it tho 'cause when I went with my friend who knows one of the managers or owners, its mad ghetto and I wouldn't really fit. The only ghetto spot I worked, it was where I started dancing and did well was Sues and that was years ago, when I left it was going down so I couldn't tell u much else.

If ur looking for a nude spot, try Stilettos-the one in the city. I have a friend that works there, does good and know another chic that used to work at the one in Nanuet, she liked it ok. I would assume those clubs are safer and less grimey than the Golden Lady or Sues, but it's all what ur into and ready for. Anyways, for being new, good luck to u ma.

Golden Lady is kinda ghetto, but certainly not the worst the BX has to offer. I knew a girl who was working there for a while. It has one of those stage in the middle, bar all around type setups, the girls rotate around and people throw money. I've been there once and it was jammed packed. I'm sure about half where lookey-loos but almost all the women where making money that night.

Maybe you could also give Sin City a shot if you don't have any luck in manhattan. I have been there before but was so wasted I don't remember much. I'll be going there this weekend for a friends b-day party, so I can ask a dancer or two how the place is.

Pimpy- do you happen to remember the name of that dancer or what she looked like? I may have to take another trip to GL lol.

Don't remember her name, she was light skinned with blonde hair, short, tiny little waist, big booty, full lips, clear complected. Kinda like Melyssa Ford, kinda like Vida Guerra mixed, she was cute. I met her at a club in the city last year, don't know if she still works there tho.

    Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm not sure where I'll fit in...I prefer the less ghetto spots.
I'll keep looking. I'm in queens so I'll check the spots near here too. Bronx may be a little far off for now without a car.

PleasureVictim I'd really appreciate it if you'd ask a dancer how she feels about the place.

    Thanks again guys,

    Ray

Hi Rainbowbrite (love the name, by the way)-

Our club (PEC) is really upscale. You may like it here- but we're pretty far from Queens. We are on 45th and 11th Avenue.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'getting guys to buy a lot of drinks', but there are girls (entertainers) who don't drink here. I mean, if a guy offers to buy you champagne, or any bottles, we'd prefer you to encourage him to do so- but we don't force you to sell a certain amount of drinks.
As long as you are happy and the customer is happy, well... that's all that matters.
Ethnic-wise, we have a wide selection of backgrounds here: tall, short, curvy, straight, yellow, white, black, tan- ha ha, you name it, we have it! As long as you are in amazing shape and have a great attitude, you'll do very well here.

Good luck in whichever club you choose- you may always pm me with any questions.

Stiletto is a good start and the money is good. When I feel more confident I would like to try out for a club like PEC.

I'd agree - Stiletto is a great place to start, despite the high contact. The management is very good.
