How good were you at pole tricks before the surgery? My friend Suzy got huge implants and was still able to do the same tricks because she had been doing them for years & was very strong. I think hers were over the muscle though.....
I have snagged my tiny B boobies on the pole so I hope everything works out for you....

its fine, i just pulled a muscle. the reason i ask is becuase when you have them under the muscle, when you flex it puts pressure on the implant. doing things like hoisting yourself upside downor holding yourself up on the pole you use a lot of arm and chest muscles for that.

I think it's OK to do, just be aware that it might not look so good if you do it with your bra off.
I'm not trying to be catty or whatever, just you can't see the underside of your boobs when you're doing pole tricks, and whenever I see a girl with implants do pole tricks with her top off, it's very obvious that they're implants...the muscle seems to kind of lift it into a weird position.

There may be a possibility that if you build up one muscle more than the other one, that they'll hold your boobies in different positions eventually...but I doubt it.

Good info. Always wanted to know if tricks could still be done after implants. Would like to know if anyone else can still do tricks after op.

i think anyone can do them, i just wonder iif it can have bad effects on your implants or if it could cause undo wear on them.

that's a very good question, because I'm worried about that. I have unders and have been doing pole tricks for 8 years before my surgery. So how is your breast now Kristina and are you back to doing pole tricks?

Honestly, the only way to know for sure is to call and ask your doctor and explain to him exactly what muscles you are using and what you are doing and if that's okay

yep i do pole tricks but the one girl above was correct, i noticed they do sort of look scrunched if you utilize those muscles. so its best to do them with a top on.

Yes, it is possible to damage the implant somewhat.

Since your implants are placed sub-pectoral,I would avoid doing any type of exercise and pole stunts requiring you to use your chest muscles a lot.Over time, you can develop a slow leak.Bench press exercises are warned against to women that have seb-pectoral placed implants.

weird, because my doc told me to flex my pecs as a way to get my boobs to drop in place and help my chest muscles since I have unders. So is my doc a quack for telling me to do such an excersise? I flex my pecs everyday

oh yeah another question...is it safe to sleep on your tummy with saline under implants? I've always slept on my tummy because it helps me fall asleep comfortably. Now that I have implants and was told to sleep sitting up...when is it safe for me to go back to sleeping on my belly, and am I at a high risk of popping my bag because of my laying on my breast?

No,DO NOT sleep on your stomach anymore. It pust stress on them. You can develop a slow leak that way too.The doctor was probably telling you to do mild chest flexing exercises to soften and help them drop better.Strenuous chest exercises are the ones that are bad for the implants.

My doc told me to do push ups. I wouldnt say that is a mild exercise. As far as sleeping on your tummy ... I think it is uncomfortable unless pillows are supporting the weight that my chest otherwise would be if that makes any sence. I know it can cause them to space apart, but my doc never said anything about leaks. To be honest I am not that worried about leaks. If I have any problems that require another surgery within ten yrs all I have to pay is anasthesia. I have insurance on my implants so my doc will fix anything for free. I only pay surgery center fee which is about 800 dollars.

Even with a 10 year guarantee like that, why would you want to go through the whole surgical ordeal again???Your breasts may not come out exactly the same the second time around, especially if only one gets replaced.I have seen so many women get just one replaced and have asymmetrical breasts now.Prevention is the best policy.

It isnt that I dotn want to prevent it, but I am not going to stop doing what I always have done because of the implants. The implants should not change you daily activities. Everything you did before you should be able to do after. As for going thrugh the surgery again .. it was not that bad. When I woke up I was so doped up all I wanted to do was go back to sleep. They gave me demrol so I slept the first week. Other than just being out and not getting anything done, it wasnt that bad. I would not be that upset if one popped and i had to get it fixed.
surgery just wasnt that bad for me. the bad pat was when I started feeling better but didnt have the energy to really do anything. I was so bored.
