I adore my breasts and they are physically my best asset...however I am losing weight and starting to wonder if I'll lose my friends that get me so much business. I am only trying to lose max 15 pounds, so it totally might not be an issue and I'm getting ahead of myself...but! My customers always go on and on about the 'natural' look of my tits, and how they move naturally, feel natural, etc (my boyfriend is very adamant that there is a difference in motion and feel between real breasts and BAs). I have seen for myself the girls with BAs at the club do look a little different when they lie on their back, etc, but I don't notice much. Is there something to be said for having 'natural' breasts? Girls I work with have asked me if mine are real, but usually they say something like "they look fake but they're not"-- this makes me think there is something inherently more 'natural' to their look. I dunno. Right now they are fabulous, but my tummy is not and I hate to pick one or the other. I am also young, so I realize their anti-gravity wonderfulness has a definite expiry date. So I guess what I'm asking is that can you honestly get a breast augmentation that is indistinguishable in look and feel to real breasts?

I had natural 36C/D boobs that had lost some fullness over time, so I had some skin and tissue to work with. The implants that ALWAYS look/feel fake are those on girls who start out with little/no boobs and go large - those will always be very obvious. Also, as Emily says they always look fake on skinny girls.
. Nothing like the ones I've seen at work...I think it definitely has something to do with the skinny factor, as you mentioned. I'm used to girls who weigh 110 with DDs that look rock solid and stretched skin. Something for me to remember! Merci!
So if any female (or male for that matter) customer is reading this, just don't fucken do it unless you're gonna at least tip the stripper!!! We don't have time to stop and answer stupid questions for free - we're trying to make a living!
